    We’re looking for a professional with hands-on experience in an outsourcing company (30–100 employees) who can speak the language of both business and technology, and drive clarity through structured discovery and precise documentation.

    What You’ll Do:
    - Support presale activities: requirements discovery, scope analysis, feature breakdown, assistment with estimations and solution proposals
    - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements
    - Translate business needs into clear and actionable specs for delivery teams
    - Participate in solution design sessions with developers, architects, and designers
    - Support project discovery and initiation phases
    - Contribute to project planning, backlog grooming, and scope control throughout the SDLC
    - Prepare client-facing documentation: feature lists, product roadmaps, business requirement docs, etc.

    Required Skills:
    - 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in software development
    - Solid track record in estimations and presale support
    - Experience working in outsourcing companies (ideally ~50 employees)
    - Understanding of modern Web, Mobile, Design, AI/ML, and DevOps solutions
    - Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize features for MVPs and releases
    - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    - Perform the elicitation of detailed functional, non-functional, and data requirements from diverse stakeholders, including surgeons (Key Opinion Leaders), product managers, clinical specialists, marketing teams, software engineers, UI/UX designers, and potentially regulatory affairs personnel.

    -  Conduct in-depth analysis of surgeon needs, clinical workflows (pre-operative planning, intra-operative guidance, post-operative validation), and existing challenges in FAI surgery.

    - Analyze requirements related to processing and analyzing medical imaging data (X-Ray, CT, MRI), including 2D measurements and 3D model generation/manipulation. Investigate and document requirements related to system integration, data management, security, and performance within a clinical/OR environment.

    - Develop a strong understanding of hip arthroscopy, FAI pathology, surgical techniques, and the clinical application of medical imaging (X-Ray, CT, MRI). Maintain awareness of relevant medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, CE marking) and standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7) and ensure requirements reflect compliance needs.

    - Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner/Manager, assisting in prioritization based on clinical value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and strategic goals.
