🔍 Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews with candidates for Flutter Developer positions (Junior/Middle/Senior levels).
• Assess expertise in Dart, architectural patterns (such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), state management, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate candidates’ problem-solving skills, coding practices, and overall software development approach.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates’ technical suitability.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine the technical interview process.

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter app development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework internals.

Kozak Group шукає 2 Flutter розробників (Middle рівня) для створення кросплатформеного мобільного застосунку (iOS + Android), який відображатиме реальний рух водних таксі та точний ETA до зупинок у Форт-Лодердейлі.

🔹 Про проєкт
 

В місті працює 15 човнів та понад 30 зупинок, але через нестабільність водного трафіку — немає чіткого графіку.
 

Ми використовуємо GPS-сервіс Linxup як бекенд, проте існуюче рішення повільне, ненадійне та не адаптоване під мобільні пристрої.
 

Мета MVP — максимальна швидкість, зручність, прозорість: жодних логінів чи складних сценаріїв — лише швидка відповідь на питання "Де човен і коли він буде?"

• Flutter — обов’язково (4+ роки досвіду)
• Досвід з реальним трекінгом/локаціями/мапами
