We are expanding our presence in the LATAM market and are looking for a strong Team Lead of Sales to build, manage, and scale our sales team in Lima. Progressivo is an online marketing education company that helps students across LATAM develop in-demand marketing skills and grow their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, motivating, and developing the sales team

• Setting clear KPIs and ensuring the team achieves monthly revenue targets

• Monitoring performance metrics and improving conversion rates

• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings and team meetings

• Leading the hiring process: conducting interviews and selecting new sales managers

• Training and onboarding new team members

• Improving sales scripts, processes, and overall team efficiency

• Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or Senior Sales Manager

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Experience in conducting interviews and building sales teams

• Spanish — fluent 

• Result-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
