You will:
- Investigate, diagnose and remediate email deliverability issues by working with customers and with support at ISPs, email blacklists and anti-spam technology providers;
- Research and keep informed on deliverability as a subject matter expert;
- Build and maintain relationships with email service providers;
- Proactively manage IP reputation and deliverability for all of our clients and enforce compliance and best practice sending behaviors;
- Manage internal deliverability tools and the distribution of IP addresses;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ISPs, tech support, sales, operations and dev teams;
- Assist technical support team when responding to deliverability related support tickets or customer concerns, being the expert escalation point on specific customer issues;
- Assist with new client on-boarding with regards to deliverability issues;
- Support sales team with deliverability best practice advice and solutions for potential new clients. Attending (pre)sales calls to address issues of said potential new customers.
Basic qualifications:
- Experience working in tech customer support, using CRMs and ticketing systems;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- A solid tech foundation: you know what IPs, domains, DNS are and how theyβre connected;
- Excellent research and analytical skills.

What you'll do:
- Gain expertise in overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets across various paid marketing channels, such as Meta Ads;
- Develop, oversee, and optimize advertising campaigns on such as Meta Ads;
- Utilize tools like Amplitude and Tableau for precise tracking ad results;
- Thoroughly analyze, measure, and compile reports for all campaigns, forming a well-informed perspective on takeaways, future steps, and potential enhancements;
- Continuously monitor and maintain essential performance metrics within paid sources;
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources by consistently refining campaigns based on insights gathered from various A/B tests encompassing creatives, targets, and other strategic elements;
- Collaborate with creative team to create and approve creative and promotional assets.
About you:
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar position;
- Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+;
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and gathering information from it;
- Your exceptional problem-solving skills are driven by a creative and analytical mindset;
- You possess a genuine enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in working with Google, TikTok and other traffic sources;
- Copywriting skills: Able to write strong texts in order to improve ad performance;
- Experience with analytical tools - Tableau, Amplitude.
