Your Role:

You will have a key role in our rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping our software development perform manual testing of our web-based product. You will work with our CTO and automation engineers to document and create test cases, and then run them.  We’re looking for a self-starter with experience in QA, a knack for breaking things, finding bugs and problem solving them.

Responsibilities:

Own the manual testing process for our web-based lending platform, from reviewing requirements through to release sign-off

Write clear, comprehensive test plans, test cases and checklists based on user stories and acceptance criteria

Execute functional, regression, smoke and exploratory testing across browsers and mobile web

Use AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and similar) to draft and expand test cases, generate test data and speed up bug reproduction, then apply your own judgement to verify what the AI produces

Validate data end to end, including API responses (Postman or similar) and database checks with basic SQL

Identify, reproduce, document and track defects in Jira with clear steps, evidence and severity

Perform thorough regression testing before each release and keep the regression suite current

Partner with our CTO, developers and automation engineers to flag risk early and suggest which cases are worth automating

Contribute to QA process improvement: test coverage, test data, environments and release checklists

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on manual QA experience testing web applications

Solid grasp of QA methodologies and test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary values, decision tables), test levels and the defect lifecycle

Proven ability to write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Experience with API testing (Postman or similar) and reading API documentation

Basic SQL - able to query and validate data yourself

Comfortable with browser developer tools (console, network tab, responsive mode) for triage

Experience with a bug tracker (Jira) and a test management tool (TestRail, Xray, Zephyr or similar)

Practical experience using AI assistants in day-to-day QA work, plus the judgement to verify their output and to keep confidential data out of public tools

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail - able to spot edge cases in complex business logic and calculations

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum process in close collaboration with developers

Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 or above), and comfort working asynchronously with a distributed US and European team

Self-starter who can own quality with minimal supervision in a fully remote setup

Nice to Have:

Exposure to fintech, lending, banking or mortgage products

Experience testing AI or LLM-powered features - non-deterministic output, prompt regression, accuracy and hallucination checks

Familiarity with test automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) - enough to read, run and triage automated tests

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) and testing in staging environments

Basics of accessibility or performance testing

ISTQB certification or equivalent

Previous experience with international or US-based teams

AI is part of how we work, not a replacement for thinking. You will be encouraged to use AI tools to move faster - drafting test cases, generating realistic test data, summarising regression results and exploring edge cases you might otherwise miss.

What we expect in return is accountability for the result: verify what the model gives you, keep customer and company data out of public tools, and tell us when AI is not the right tool for the job.

If you have not used AI much in QA yet but are curious and quick to learn, that is fine - we will help you get there.

The Opportunity

Ground-Floor B2B Role — You Build It From Zero

This is not a role where you inherit an existing account book. You'll be the person who defines our B2B channel.

That means full ownership: you choose the approach, build the pipeline, and shape how Mamma Mia Covers shows up in the U.S. hospitality market.
 

Your Target Market

Your primary focus: independent and boutique hotels, motels, and small hotel chains across the United States.

Ideal client profile:

• 2–4 star properties: family-owned hotels, boutique hotels, motels, small chains
• 20–150 rooms; nightly rates in the $70–$150 range
• Facing the need to refresh guest rooms or common areas without the budget for full renovation
• Open to fast, cost-effective, visually appealing solutions that extend furniture life
  
  What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and build a target list of U.S. hotels matching the ICP — using LinkedIn, Google, hotel directories, and your own network
• Initiate cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone — reaching GMs, Purchasing Managers, and Operations Directors
• Qualify prospects and move them through the pipeline with a consultative approach

Sales & Deal Management

• Run the full B2B sales cycle from first contact through signed contract
• Prepare and lead online presentations and product demos (Zoom / Google Meet)
• Build customized commercial proposals, pricing, and delivery terms
• Handle objections confidently and close deals using value-based selling

Account Development

• Build long-term relationships with clients — follow up, identify new needs, drive repeat orders
• Develop upsell opportunities across the product line

Pipeline & Reporting

• Maintain clean, up-to-date records in CRM — every contact, stage, and note
• Track and report on KPIs: outreach volume, conversion rates, pipeline value, closed revenue

Strategy & Collaboration

• Contribute insights on what the market needs — pricing feedback, product gaps, positioning ideas
• Work with marketing on materials, lead gen support, and messaging
• Coordinate with logistics and operations on order fulfillment and delivery timelines

What We're Looking For
Must-Have

• Native or near-native English speaker — you'll be cold-calling hotel owners and GMs; language and cultural fluency are non-negotiable
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. market, with a track record of closed deals
• Experience selling a physical product in a B2B environment
• Proven ability to do cold outreach — emails, calls, LinkedIn — and convert them to meetings and deals
• CRM proficiency — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar; you keep the pipeline clean and current
• Self-directed and motivated — this is a zero-to-one role; you won't have a playbook handed to you

What gives you an edge:

• Experience in hospitality supply, hotel FF&E, linen/textile B2B, or facility supply — you know how hotel purchasing works
• Existing network of GMs, Purchasing Managers, or Operations Directors in U.S. hospitality
• Background in interiors, furniture, textiles, or décor
• Experience selling specifically to independent or boutique hotels

Your First 90 Days

Day 1–30

Onboarding: product deep-dive, ICP definition, tool setup. Research and build a prospect list of target hotels with contacts.

Day 31–60

Launch outreach: 10+ active campaigns, minimum 3 qualified meetings scheduled. First commercial proposals sent.

Day 61–90

First qualified deal in pipeline at proposal stage or beyond. Active CRM with 20+ tracked accounts. Feedback report on market response.

What We Offer

Compensation

•  Base: $2,500 / month — stable, paid on time, every time.
•  OTE: $60,000–$80,000 / year for a strong performer hitting quarterly targets.

Commission structure:

• 15% on first-time deals (calculated on net profit)
• 5% on repeat/renewal orders from the same account
• Accelerator: exceed quarterly quota by 20%+ → rate increases to 1.5x for that quarter
• No cap — strong months are fully rewarded

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong negotiation skills to own and scale our partner network end-to-end. Your mission will be to turn our partner network into a true growth engine: negotiate strong terms, expand our footprint of suppliers and buyers, and build a partnership function that runs professionally at scale — so that new products and verticals can launch without partnerships ever becoming a bottleneck.

This role works with companies that generate and purchase leads from investors and homeowners.

What You'll Do

• Own partner relationships end-to-end: onboarding, day-to-day communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational partner questions and escalations
• Build and manage a structured onboarding process for new suppliers and buyers
• Proactively identify and recruit new partners through outbound efforts, rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities
• Represent the company at international industry conferences and events, building relationships with prospective partners face-to-face
• Build a qualified pipeline of future partners ahead of upcoming vertical launches
• Monitor and improve performance of existing partnerships to grow partner revenue
• Ensure fast, reliable communication so that partnership capacity never becomes a bottleneck for launching new products or verticals

What Success Looks Like

In the first 90 days:

• Onboard at least 3 new lead suppliers and 3 new lead buyers
• Maintain or improve performance across all existing partnerships
• Establish a documented onboarding and communication process
• Become the go-to contact for day-to-day partner operations

Ongoing:

• Growth of the supplier and buyer partner network
• A qualified, active pipeline of partners for future vertical launches
• Revenue growth from existing partnerships
• Partner retention
• Reduced need for executive involvement in operational partner management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or Partnership Manager
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level (mandatory) — all partner communication is conducted in English
• Experience in U.S. lead generation industries such as Home Improvement, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Mortgage, Personal Loans, Cash Home Buyers, or similar verticals
• Experience working with Ping/Post, Direct Post, lead distribution, or affiliate partnership models
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

• Experience in the Cash for Homes vertical
