We are looking for a Modernization Engineers and Leads who will be able to work with various projects.
The current project job consists of analyzing C language code coverage reports using a methodology developed for this project. Then for each analyzed transactional program, 1 or more additional test cases must be developed and provided to professional testers to execute and provide an updated code coverage report. This effort will be time boxed so professional judgment must be utilized to optimize the greatest increase in coverage primarily within the business logic and within the time allowed.
Business logic consists of decisions that validate the input transaction information and result in a calculated change to the persistent data store if valid. All other logic, including control flow, message handling, error handling (including validation failures), I/O operations, etc. can be ignored except insofar as it directly impacts the business logic. Errors resulting from the presence or absence of linked records on disk should be ignored β in effect we are assuming that required records are present.Responsibilities:
Developing (using C) components inside special framework architecture provided by our customer:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will work primarily on UpWork. As a lead generator, youβll help us generate qualified sales opportunities from Upwork, qualify customers, and assist the Sales Manager in closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Scan & qualify opportunities on UpWork across different categories: UI/UX Design, No-Code Development, Web Development, and Data Science.
- Create high-quality bids and proposals.
- Track conversion rates, review analytics, and keep the CRM & pre-CRM up to date.
Qualify customer replies and book calls with SQL.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in UpWork lead generation.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with fluent written communication.
- Ability to write concise, value-based proposals.
- Understanding of UX/UI Design and popular frameworks, approaches, and trends in Web Development.
- Deep understanding of lead qualification processes and reply management.
- High proficiency with Google Sheets, including filtering, combining lead databases, using formulas, and preparing .CSV files.
Experience with HubSpot.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with LinkedIn email generation and campaign tools (such as Instantly, Smartlead, or similar), LinkedIn automation tools (such as Lemlist, HeyReach, Phantom Buster), and enrichment platforms (such as FullEnrich or similar).
- Experience in scraping data from various sources, building lead lists, enriching them, and validating emails using automation tools.
