    This is not a junior role or a checklist SEO job. We’re seeking someone who’s already launched and ranked projects, understands how to find gaps and opportunities in SERPs, and knows how to scale them.

     

    Key Requirements:

    • 3+ years in SEO for Tier 1 markets
    • Proven success ranking branded, competitive keywords
    • Experience launching sites in iGaming or similar niches
    • Understanding of both white-hat and more "aggressive" techniques (when appropriate)
    • Experience with link buying, PBNs, and quality domain analysis (DR/traffic/relevance)
    • Ability to identify promising brands/keywords and make decisions
    • Strong analytical skills and hands-on testing mindset
    • Comfortable managing external writers, linkbuilders, and tech resources
    • English B1+ (you can write, research, and communicate clearly)

       

    Bonus if you:

    • Think in terms of profit per site, not just traffic
    • Know how to rewrite or rebuild a site to hit top 3
    • Have experience automating or delegating SEO workflows
