ABOUT THE ROLE

Senior strategic leadership role. You will build the partner network from the ground up, design the organizational model, own the P&L of the affiliate direction, and drive sustainable traffic growth for the group's brands. Not an operational affiliate manager position - an architect and owner role for the entire direction.

We are looking for a VoIP QA Tester to verify the quality and reliability of our VoIP routing platform. In this role, you will execute manual and automated test scenarios using our internal testing tools, analyze the results, and provide clear feedback to the team that requested the testing.

This position focuses on testing and analysis rather than software development, so no programming experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify VoIP call routing and expected system behavior.
• Validate SIP signaling, RTP media flow, call setup, call teardown, and routing logic.

The specialist will work in a DevOps team whose primary focus is developing standard and typical solutions using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for analytical and operational systems

Your experience and skills:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data engineering
• We expect you to have solid commercial experience with Python, Groovy
• Deep knowledge of Apache NiFi and hands-on experience in building and administering complex data flows
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, understanding of architecture, experience in query optimization and data schema design
• Experience with Apache Kafka, building real-time data pipelines

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Apache Airflow, workflow organization, monitoring and automation
• Working with Apache Spark frameworks for distributed big data processing
• Experience with AWS Athena and S3, interactive query services
• Experience with Apache Iceberg, understanding of modern table formats for data lakes

This isn't a standard WordPress role. We're looking for someone with deep technical ability who can work across databases, write and integrate APIs, and build advanced custom solutions — not just configure templates and plugins.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build custom WordPress functionality beyond standard themes/plugins (custom post types, advanced ACF/Gutenberg blocks, plugin architecture)
• Write and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs connecting WordPress to internal tools and third-party services
• Manage and optimize large, complex databases for performance and scale
• Own features end-to-end: scoping, building, testing, and shipping
• Identify technical debt or UX friction and propose solutions proactively
• Maintain and extend multilingual site infrastructure (Polylang/WPML)
