A-Players is looking for an experienced Lead UA Manager with a focus on Meta Ads to take ownership of paid acquisition for one of our new products.

We are looking for an SMM Manager to join a new licensed iGaming product focused on the Ukrainian market.

About Role

As an SMM Manager,  you will be responsible for developing and managing the brand’s social media presence in Ukraine.

You will create content plans, manage publishing, follow trends, coordinate creatives, work with communities and influencers, and help shape the brand’s tone of voice across social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the SMM strategy for the Ukrainian market.
• Manage brand pages across key social media platforms.
• Create content plans, calendars, rubrics, and publishing schedules.
• Write engaging posts, captions, stories, and short-form content in Ukrainian.
• Adapt and maintain the brand tone of voice across social media.
• Monitor trends, competitors, audience behavior, and iGaming market activity.
• Prepare briefs for designers, motion designers, and video teams.
• Coordinate content production for launches, campaigns, promos, and brand activities.
• Work with influencers, creators, communities, and media partners when needed.
• Moderate comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze results and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all communication follows brand, legal, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager, Content Manager, or Social Media Specialist.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian social media landscape.
• Experience with Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, or other relevant platforms.
• Excellent written Ukrainian.
• Ability to create content plans and manage publishing schedules.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience working with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of tone of voice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced launch-stage environment.
• Understanding of responsible communication in regulated industries.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, fintech, entertainment, or sports-related products.
• Experience launching social media pages or building communities from scratch.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator collaborations in Ukraine.
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns.
• Experience with social listening, trend monitoring, or community management tools.
