We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. 

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented person who enjoys working with documents and can independently manage their workload. This role is a great fit for candidates who value structure, accuracy, and responsibility in their daily work. 

Responsibilities: 

- Full cycle of HR administration (hiring, termination, employee transfers). 
- Preparation of HR orders and personnel documentation.
- Creation and maintenance of employee personnel files.
- Vacation and sick leave administration 
- Maintaining staffing schedules and HR documentation.
- Preparation of employment certificates and other HR-related documents.
- Preparation and support of contracts, additional agreements, and acts.
- Military records management (preferred, but we are ready to teach) 
- Preparation of documents for audits and inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies.
- Maintaining up-to-date information in HR systems (HiBob, 1C, etc.).
- Managing documentation related to cooperation with sports tournament players.
- Cooperation with Accounting and Legal departments regarding employment documentation.
- Archiving HR documents and ensuring confidentiality of personal data.
- Other responsibilities related to the company’s activities.

Requirements: 

- Up to 1 year of experience in HR administration and personnel documentation.
- Experience working with 1C will be an advantage.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office programs.
- The position requires a hybrid work format, as document exchange and storage are office-based.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

We are looking for an L1 Technical Support Specialist to join our 24/7 Operations team.
As the first point of contact for our partners, you will play a key role in delivering fast, professional, and high-quality technical support while ensuring stable daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and is eager to develop technical skills.

Requirements:

- Be the first point of contact for partner requests and provide timely responses within SLA.
- Create, update, and maintain tickets with clear technical information and accurate status updates.
- Perform standard operational and configuration tasks following internal procedures.
- Investigate customer-reported issues using internal tools and documentation.
- Perform first-level technical troubleshooting by reviewing logs, monitoring systems, and application behavior.
- Reproduce known issues and follow established troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor alerts and respond according to operational procedures.
- Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams with complete investigation details.
- Coordinate communication between partners and internal teams throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer between shifts.
- Support new operational processes and continuously learn new products, tools, and workflows.
