We are seeking an experienced and certified Agile Project Manager to lead a focused development team through the successful delivery of a 5-month project. This is a fixed-term role ideal for a highly organised, technically astute individual who thrives in dynamic Agile environments and is adept at managing cross-functional teams using Scrum methodologies.

You will be responsible for day-to-day planning, tracking, communication, and execution of the project within Jira, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing Agile development cycles and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across the full SDLC using Agile Scrum
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain project velocity, track team performance, and manage risks or blockers
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure alignment between backlog, resources, and timelines
• Communicate progress and key updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Own and manage Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, and documentation
• Ensure deliverables are on-time, in-scope, and meet required quality standards

Project Team

You will manage a technical team consisting of:

• 2 Backend Developers (Laravel)
• 2 Frontend Developers (Vue.js)
• 1 DevOps Engineer
• 1 QA Engineer

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) and/or Agile PM certification
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in Agile software delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project reporting
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Technical understanding of web and application development workflows

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Laravel and Vue.js development processes
• Exposure to DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with QA teams and test-driven development cycles

We are looking for a Design Project Manager to join our in-house design team. You will manage the client's expectations while overseeing the solution's progress and the UX/UI designers' team. We are pursuing the

following industries (but not limited to): Professional Services, including Financial and Accounting web and mobile applications; Digital Services: Human Resources, Remote work, Productivity related systems; E-

commerce; Logistics and Transportation, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project management & coordination:

• Manages the end-to-end process of projects, including project plan definition, requirements gathering, steps, backlog management, reviews, design process assistance, cross-team collaboration and related

• Coordinates with clients, UX/UI designers and other involved parties to ensure project success

• Facilitating client calls to present project progress, discuss next steps and ensure alignment on goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

• Consolidates and manages project documentation

- Planning & monitoring:

• Develops project plans, timelines and budgets and validates them with the leads

• Monitors project progress, timelines and adjusts plans as needed

• Manages project status reporting

• Manages the risks

- Quality assurance:

• Ensures deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards validated by the leads and meet goals and expectations in close collaboration with UX/UI designers

• Facilitates leading projects’ retrospectives

• Ensures the content-part of the design is clear and meets the context

• Manages further proposals for the projects in close collaboration with leads

REQUIREMENTS
 

- General:

• You have worked with creative teams and clients before (agency or studio experience will be a huge plus)

• You know how to gather requirements in the way the team expects it — it is better to work with creative briefs rather than with ready-made solutions

• You hear the customer, but you do not let them manage your team

- Practical:

• Design creation and project flow understanding — it is important to us that you know how an interface is created and implemented
• Design background and understanding of the UX principles is a HUGE plus

• Can suggest design solutions when the designer is not available (e.g. on the client call)

• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) including project planning, goal setting, risk and time management, evaluation and allocation of the resources and more

• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of SAFe

• Experience in task & time tracking systems

• Experience in board collaboration and mind mapping tools (we mostly use FigJam and Mural)

• Basic knowledge of Figma functionality (we expect that you will be able to navigate, copy and move mockup elements, change UX copy)

• Knowledge of design process methodologies
Will be a plus:

• Understanding of UX Writing principles

• Understanding of WCAG principles

• Basic knowledge of HCD, UCD and other methodologies

• Knowledge of SDLS

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
