We are looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Manager to build our product marketing function from the ground up and drive initiatives that directly increase Contribution Margin. You will be the change driver on our e-commerce platform, testing and scaling features that improve CR Γ AOV and directly impact the companyβs profitability.Key Responsibilities
- Identify, launch, and scale product marketing changes that improve Contribution Margin.
- Design and run A/B tests end-to-end: from idea and hypothesis to measuring impact and presenting results.
- Analyze products and categories for profitability, potential, and prioritization.
- Build financial models: calculate ROI, forecast the impact of changes, and create feature impact calculators.

What Weβre Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in web analytics and working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of unit economics and ability to work with P&L/Contribution Margin.
- E-commerce or marketplace experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with BI/analytics tools (Metabase, Power BI, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
- English level B1+ for internal communication.
- An experimental mindset with the ability to test quickly and make data-driven decisions.
