Job functions

• Act as Salesforce administrator and developer, maintaining workflows, Apex code, integrations, and ensuring Salesforce remains the company’s source of truth.

Requirements:
 

Proven hands-on experience with AI code development using Cursor or Claude Code (mandatory).

4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

3+ years backend experience with Ruby on Rails or Node.js.

Strong skills in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.

2+ years with Vue.js or React (Vue preferred, React welcome).

Solid grasp of database design, optimization, and performance tuning (Postgres preferred).

A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to adapt rapidly to AI-driven workflows.

Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation in AI-assisted software engineering.

Bonus Skills:

Responsibilities:

Backend Development

• Design and maintain scalable backend services with Python & FastAPI.
• Integrate and serve Generative AI models efficiently.
• Configure and manage NGINX for performance and security.
• Implement and manage database models with SQLAlchemy ORM.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive UIs using React & TypeScript.
• Use Vite for modern, optimized workflows.
• Convert UI/UX designs into reusable and scalable components.
• Ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend.

Database & Deployment

• Design/manage schemas in MSSQL.
• Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Containerize applications with Docker for dev, test, prod.
• Collaborate with DevOps for production-ready deployments.
