The Opportunity 

We are looking for a sharp, technically versatile TechOps Engineer to join our operations team and anchor our second shift coverage window. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex issues during your shift - combining hands-on MS SQL Server expertise with broad L2 troubleshooting skills across our integrated SaaS platform. 

This is a high-autonomy role: you will own the quality and speed of technical resolution during your shift, build documentation that improves the whole team's efficiency, and grow quickly alongside a skilled international engineering team. 

What You'll Do 

• Serve as the primary L2 technical support for your shift window - diagnosing and resolving complex application and database issues end-to-end 
• Manage carrier promotions across their full lifecycle: preparation, testing, communication, and validation 
• Perform database-level service configuration and maintenance tasks 
• Run UAT for new platform features ahead of production releases 
• Troubleshoot multi-integration issues spanning third-party APIs, payment processors, and carrier systems 
• Create and maintain clear, complete documentation in Confluence and Jira for every service inquiry

What We're Looking For 

Database Skills (Core Requirement) 

• 3+ years of hands-on MS SQL Server experience (2012 or higher) in a production environment 
• Practical knowledge of SQL Server high availability: Always On Availability Groups, Failover Clustering, and database mirroring

At A-Players, we are building a new AI product in the mental health and mindfulness space - and we are looking for a Data & Marketing Analyst who will own the analytics layer from day one.

We are not building analytics after the fact. We are building it before the first ad goes live. That means clean tracking from day one, attribution that reflects reality, and dashboards the performance team opens every morning - not once a quarter.

In practice, you will set up the full tracking infrastructure from scratch, own the attribution model, connect marketing spend to real revenue, and keep LTV and retention metrics current and trustworthy. You will work side by side with the performance marketing team.

You will be the dedicated analyst on this product. Around you is a mature data team of 10+ people across Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, and AI, as well as shared infrastructure including BigQuery, dbt, Tableau, and GA4.

This role is a fit if you have navigated the full analytics stack at a fast-moving web subscription product, know what it takes to build trust in data from scratch, and want to do meaningful work on something that is just getting started.

Responsibilities

• Build the web tracking foundation for the product. Set up GA4 and GTM, both client-side and server-side, from scratch: UTM conventions, dataLayer schema, event deduplication, and attribution windows.
• Implement server-side conversions for paid channels, including Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and TikTok Events API.
• Build and maintain a web attribution model that connects marketing spend to actual revenue, and deliver channel-level LTV and CAC analysis.
• Design and own Tableau dashboards for acquisition metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and channel mix; funnel metrics, including registration → first purchase → repeat purchase; retention metrics, including cohorts and LTV curves; and financial overview.
• Support the performance marketing team with ad-hoc SQL analysis and Python scripts for automation.
• Design and analyze A/B tests across the funnel, document results, and help drive action based on findings.
• Document tracking conventions and data definitions in the knowledge base.

What we look for

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Web Analyst, or Marketing Analyst working with web subscription or e-commerce products.

To support this growth, we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates to join us as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant at Middle or Senior level.

Key activities:

• Participation in D365 Business Central implementation and development projects for Innoware’s Ukrainian and foreign customer.
• Continuous development of expertise through work with diverse business scenarios, complex cases, integrations and modern capabilities of D365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with clients to analyze business processes, define target solutions, and align them within the D365 Business Central framework.
• Configuring and adapting standard D365 Business Central functionality according to customer business requirements.
• Preparing and aligning project documentation together with clients.
• Estimating effort and timelines for assigned tasks.
• Preparing functional specifications for the development team and collaborating with developers during implementation.
• Executing user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered functionality meets business needs and expectations.
• Supporting customers during UAT, deployment of new functionality, and Go Live.
• Mentoring less experienced specialists.
• Participating in planning and controlling data migration processes.
• Integrating D365 Business Central with other systems and applications.
• Ensuring quality control of tasks at different stages of the project.

Qualification:

• At least 3 years of experience implementing D365 Business Central system in a Consultant or Analyst role.
• Deep knowledge of standard functionality of D365 Business Central.
• Experience working independently with clients’ business requirements and developing functional solutions.
• Understanding of all stages of an ERP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance and/or logistics, trade, production, etc.) and their automation in D365 Business Central.
• English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.
• Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience configuring Power BI.

Project Description

We help marketers connect the digital and physical world. We provide data-driven solutions to enhance marketing campaigns by leveraging location and audience data to reveal consumer behavior and enable more precise targeting and measurement. We work on high-end / high-performance / high-throughput systems for in-time analysis of data for autonomous driving and other big data applications e.g. for E-commerce.

Job Responsibilities

Work in a self-organised agile team with a high level of autonomy, and you will actively shape your team's culture.

Design, build, and standardise privacy-first big data architectures, large-scale data pipelines, and advanced analytics solutions in AWS.

Develop complex integrations with third-party partners, transferring terabytes of data.

Align with other Data experts on data (analytics) engineering best practices and standards, and introduce those standards and data engineering expertise to the team in order to enhance existing data pipelines and build new ones.

Successfully partner up with the Product team to constantly develop further and improve our platform features.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in a Data Engineering or similar high-scale role.
• Expert-level Python skills. Familiarity with Java or Scala is a major plus.
• Proven hands-on experience building scalable solutions directly within AWS.
• Deep proficiency in high-throughput architectures using Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB, AWS Batch, AWS Glue, Athena, Airflow, and dbt.
• Exceptional SQL and data transformation skills, with an eye for optimizing NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and a passion for mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative environment.
