We are scaling our marketing efforts and looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Manager who will help shape our digital presence and build a marketing engine not only for Top Netics but also for our portfolio companies.

    Role Overview
    This is a strategic and hands-on role for a marketing professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You will lead social media and digital marketing activities, develop content strategies, manage campaigns, and establish marketing processes. You will collaborate with our creative team, work on multiple brands and products, and have the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team as we grow.

    Key Responsibilities
     

    • Social Media Strategy & Execution:
      β€” Develop and execute the social media strategy for Top Netics and selected portfolio companies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
      β€” Curate, create, and manage content that aligns with brand voice, company goals, and audience engagement objectives.
    • Campaign Management:
      β€” Run both organic and paid campaigns, monitor results, and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, leads).
      β€” Research, test, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI.
    • Content Creation & Governance:
      β€” Oversee social media governance and content quality.
      β€” Manage content for websites and other digital channels.
      β€” Work closely with the creative team and use AI tools to streamline and enhance content production.
    • Analytics & Optimization:
      β€” Provide regular performance reports and propose process improvements.
      β€” Benchmark tools and solutions to keep our marketing tech stack up to date.
    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
      β€” Work with senior stakeholders (including C-level executives) to ensure alignment with business goals.
      β€” Build a small marketing team to support execution and growth.


    What We’re Looking For

    Experience:

    • 2–3+ years in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications.
    • Previous experience in software development, fintech, blockchain, or product-driven companies is a strong plus.

    Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
    • Proven ability to create compelling content and engage online communities.
    • Hands-on experience with social media advertising, analytics, and automation tools (CRM, marketing automation).

    Comfortable working with AI tools for content creation and optimization.

    • Stakeholder management experience, including work with senior leadership.

    What we expect from you:

    • 2–3+ years as a VIP Manager/Host in an online casino (no sportsbook required) with proven portfolio impact.
    • Strong grasp of casino economics & bonus mechanics; ability to defend comp/loss-back decisions with numbers.
    • Data-driven: confident in Excel/Sheets and BI (Looker/Power BI/Tableau or similar).
    • Hands-on with ESP/CRM stacks (Optimove, Smartico, Braze, Salesforce, Customer.io, etc.) and telephony/messengers.
    • Excellent English communication; additional Tier 1/2 market languages are a plus.
