We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payment Systems Project Manager to coordinate projects focused on Visa and Mastercard payment systems - from membership to certification and then operational support and compliance. MEGASITE шукає Project Manager для full-time роботи в штаті компанії.

Нам підійде кандидат, який має:

• Досвід роботи Project Manager  від 1+ року у web або digital-проєктах
• Сильні комунікаційні навички: вміння чітко пояснювати, домовлятися та тримати контакт із клієнтом
• Розуміння процесу веб-розробки (етапи, ролі, логіка роботи команди)
• Досвід написання та погодження технічних завдань для web-проєктів
• Вміння вести переговори, працювати з очікуваннями клієнта
• Досвід роботи в команді та координації спеціалістів
• Організованість, відповідальність, системне мислення
• Активна та позитивна життєва позиція
• Англійська мова від B1+ і більше (дуже бажано)

Що ти будеш робити?
 

• Вести AI-проєкти від discovery до продакшену.
• Глибоко занурюватися в бізнес-процеси клієнта.
• Формалізувати вимоги у зрозумілий для розробки вигляд.
• Синхронізувати клієнта, розробку, аналітику та дизайн.
• Контролювати обсяг робіт, строки, ризики та очікування.
• Виявляти «сліпі зони» у вимогах ще до того, як вони стануть проблемою.
• Брати участь у демо, воркшопах і стратегічних обговореннях з клієнтом.
   

Що ми очікуємо від тебе?

• Досвід управління IT-проєктами (якщо це було з AI або чат-ботами — супер, але не критично).
• Розуміння, як працює бізнес-аналіз: зібрати вимоги, структурувати, задокументувати.
• Уміння говорити з клієнтом так, щоб він почув і відчув, що про нього дбають.
• Дисципліна: ти той, хто збирає все до купи й тримає строки.
• Захопленність AI-системами.
• Досвід роботи з корпоративними клієнтами в Україні (це важливо).
