We are building the accounting software that accounting firms run their daily work on. The user is a professional who spends hours in front of this screen and repeats the same operation hundreds of times a day.

This is different from designing a marketing site or a consumer app. The product's core screens are data entry, tables, filters and multi-step operations. We want an interface that looks current and feels considered, but the real measure is how many seconds and how many mistakes it takes an experienced user to record an invoice.

We are not building another generic dashboard. Most accounting software looks and behaves the way it did fifteen years ago, and that is exactly the gap we're going after.

We are currently in the pre-coding phase. Business rules are being written by our domain expert, and screens will be designed and approved before they are built. The designer is part of this process, not something that happens at the end of it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design the product's core screens and user flows: invoice creation, customer accounts, chart of accounts, journal entry, period-end operations, reports
- Map the flows before the screens: what the user is trying to finish, where they enter, what they see at each step, and where things can go wrong
- Build fast, keyboard-first, low-click flows for users doing heavy data entry
- Design layered interactions deliberately: decide what belongs in a full page, a slide-over, a modal or a popover, and keep those choices consistent across the product
- Create a reusable component library, design system and written guidelines: tables, forms, filters, notifications, modals, type and spacing scale, and the rules for when each is used
- Design not just the ideal state of a screen, but its empty, error, loading and no-permission states
- Review your designs with the domain expert and catch conflicts with the business rules while they are still in design
- Hand off designs a developer can implement without asking questions: dimensions, states, behaviors and exceptions defined

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years designing B2B, internal or data-heavy products
- Experience designing complex table and form screens
- A current visual sensibility: familiar with where interface design is today and able to apply it to a dense professional tool without turning it into decoration
- You treat UX as seriously as UI. A screen that looks good but adds a step to the user's day is not a finished design
- Experience with user flows and with writing the guidelines that keep a product consistent as it grows

This is a build-and-own role, not a maintain-and-report one. As Head of Marketing, you’ll decide where the budget goes, which channels win, and how fast we scale web acquisition across a multi-product Business Unit. You set the strategy—nobody hands it to you.

Your portfolio: 6+ cross-platform apps across web, iOS, and Android. ChatOn, an AI chatbot assistant with 100M+ downloads, is your anchor product—one of AIBY’s flagship apps by both revenue and downloads—and you’ll keep scaling it while picking up earlier-stage products and turning them into the next ChatOn.

From day one, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 direct reports, including User Acquisition and ASO Managers, and build the performance marketing function that drives real, measurable growth for the Business Unit. You’ll report directly to the Business Unit CEO.

What you should have:

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing, with hands-on ownership of User Acquisition for subscription-based products, both mobile and web

• Confirmed cases of scaling web acquisition—numbers you can talk through, not just channels you’ve touched
• Channel mastery: Google, Meta, TikTok, Applovin and beyond. You can walk into any ad account, read what’s wrong, and tell the team exactly how to fix it

We are looking for a hands-on Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our user acquisition, organic social presence, and creator partnerships. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to "babysit" large budgets. We need a growth-minded specialist who understands unit economics, can interrogate GA4, and knows how to scale campaigns efficiently.

You'll own the ultimate number: new subscribers acquired at or below our target CAC, while continuously improving creative, channel efficiency, and the mix of acquisition across our different trades. 

🎯 What You'll Do 

Paid Acquisition (The Core of the Job) 

• End-to-end campaign management: Structure, targeting, budgets, and bidding across Meta and TikTok Ads. 
• Segmented scaling: Build and run targeted campaigns by trade, not one blended campaign. Each trade is a different audience with different language, pain points, and unit economics. 
• Niche growth: Actively grow volume in our smaller, harder-to-reach trades where audiences are narrower and creative needs to be highly specific. 
• Creative testing pipeline: Drive a constant hypothesis-test-iterate loop. We expect a steady flow of new concepts and variants, not just one "hero ad." 
• Creative direction: Brief creative teams and, where needed, shoot/edit simple UGC-style ads yourself. 
• Daily optimization: Monitor performance daily; scale winners and pause losers quickly and without sentiment. 
• Budget management: Manage budget pacing against monthly new-user and CAC targets. 
• Tracking & Attribution: Own tracking setup with engineering (or your own hands)—pixels, Conversions API, and clean event mapping through to signup and payment. 

Measurement and Reporting 

• Report weekly on spend, CAC, ROAS, signup-to-paid conversion, and blended acquisition efficiency, broken out by trade. 
• Track cohorts beyond the click, retention, and payback periods, not just front-end signups. 
• Bring a clear, data-backed point of view on what to do next. 

Organic Social (Meta) 

• Own the content calendar and day-to-day posting for Instagram and Facebook. 
• Repurpose the best-performing organic content into paid ads, and vice versa. 
• Handle community management and comments. 
• Monitor ratings and reviews across key platforms, identify negative trends early, and proactively improve our brand reputation. 

Influencers & Creators 

• Source, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships (mostly micro and mid-tier, often trade-specific). 
• Run affiliate/performance-based deals where they make sense. 
• Turn creator content into paid ad assets (ensure usage rights are in every deal). 

• Measure each partnership strictly by cost per new user, not on reach or impressions.  

   

🔍 What We're Looking For 

Essential: 

• 3+ years of experience running paid social in-house or at an agency, with direct hands-on Meta Ads ownership. 
• Experience working with Western markets, preferably Tier 1. 
• Demonstrable TikTok Ads experience (not just “we tested it once”). 
• A track record of hitting acquisition targets on a modest budget: you know how to make $8k/month work harder than someone else’s $30k. 
• Confident in GA4: you can set it up, interrogate it yourself, and reconcile what it says against what the ad platforms claim. 
• Strong creative instinct: you can tell why an ad is working and brief the next three off the back of it. 
• Ruthless about cutting underperformers and comfortable being held to a number. 
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or a similar product analytics tool. 
• Subscription experience (trials, paywalls, freemium conversion, churn). 
• Experience marketing to trades, blue-collar, or vocational audiences. 
• Hands-on editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar). 
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or email lifecycle as a secondary channel. 

📈 How We'll Measure Success 

At 3 months (end of probation), we expect to see all three of the following: 

1. CAC is at or below target.

This is a full-time, long-term role. The team is being formed as the product develops, and this role will own a core part of its semantic and reasoning foundation.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Knowledge Graph Engineer to design and build the semantic layer of the platform: ontologies, knowledge models, inference logic, and explainable reasoning.

This is not a generic graph-database role. We need someone who can apply RDF, OWL, Semantic Web principles, SPARQL, and ontology-based reasoning to a complex real-world product.
