We are looking for a System Administrator to oversee the day-to-day stability of the company’s technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• monitor the operation of servers and software
• quickly detect outages, instability, service interruptions, and other technical issues
• regularly check the health and availability of the infrastructure during the day
• provide and manage access for team members
• handle basic server and service administration
• communicate with technical contractors when issues arise
• keep simple records of access, changes, and incidents

• optional: work with Cloudflare (DNS, basic security rules, proxy, SSL, cache)

   

Requirements:

• hands-on experience in system administration
• confident Linux server administration skills
• solid understanding of networks: ports, DNS, proxies, VPNs, access control, firewalls

Key tasks

External/client tasks:

• Participating in projects of implementation, configuration, upgrades of Microsoft cloud services and server software – developing and implementing solutions in accordance with clients' business needs and the functionality of Microsoft solutions. The main geography of clients is Ukraine and the EU.
• Participating in meetings with clients, presenting and discussing solution options.
• Maintaining and supporting client infrastructure.
• Participating in writing project documentation and technical specifications.

Internal support (in different periods it takes from 30 to 50% of the time):

• Maintaining the internal IT infrastructure.
• Implementing technical solutions based on security best practice.
• Conducting IT onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, including preparation of office equipment.

Training and certification: with us, you'll learn the latest versions of Microsoft cloud services and get the correspondent international certification.

Qualification:

• At least 2 years of experience at an engineering position – Systems Engineer, Data Engineer, System Administrator, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft on-premises and hybrid infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, IIS, RDS, GPO, SQL Server.
• Experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Microsoft Defender, Intune, Azure VM services, Azure VPN, Azure AD Connect, etc.).
• PowerShell programming skills.
• Understanding of basic information network technologies: DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP stack.
• Ability to process and close technical requests from users.
• Experience in writing technical documentation.
• English: Intermediate / B1 or higher, including spoken; fluency in Ukrainian.
• University degree (technical or IT).

Nice to have, but not a mandatory requirement: 

• Experience in ensuring the security of IT infrastructure.
• Experience or understanding of the basics of Power Automate and Azure Automation.
• Python and/or JS programming skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer (Principal) or a Senior Engineer to support Moody’s DCI Connectors program.

The role focuses on building and integrating systems connected to SAP-based platforms. You’ll work on production-grade applications, help design scalable solutions, and support ongoing development and integration work.

This is a hands-on role for engineers comfortable working with complex systems, integrations, and enterprise environments.

Зони відповідальності:
Технічна підтримка:
- Опрацювання запитів користувачів у ServiceDesk-системі, включаючи технічну підтримку ІТ-сервісів, ПЗ, хмарних сервісів та діагностику вирішення несправностей.

Управління ресурсами:
- Контроль стану корпоративних сервісів Atlassian. Google Workspace, ESET, Slack. Адміністрування та налаштування.
- Взаємодія з технічною підтримкою сервісів.
- Створення та налаштування робочих середовищ Atlassian. Google Workspace, ESET, Slack.
- Реєстрація, переміщення та адміністрування доменних імен та хостингів.

Взаємодія:
- Співпраця з фахівцями L1 та інженерами для впровадження затверджених оновлень систем і стандартів.
- Співпраця з фахівцями інших департаментів для інформування про запроваджені зміни у роботі інфраструктури.
- Актуалізація активів у спільних з іншими BU сервісах. 

Облік та оплата активів:
- Ведення обліку та актуалізація активів в базі при забезпеченні та закритті акаунтів.

Документування процесів та знань:
- Написання документацій та інструкцій для ПЗ та обладнання.

 

Які професійні навички та досвід нам важливі для цієї посади:
