We need a Head of Customer Experience to build and lead the post-sale organization — making every customer successful, retained, and expanding. You will own onboarding, support, adoption, and renewal across our global customer base.

What You Will Own

• Onboarding — fast implementation, platform configuration, training — customers live and seeing value within 24 hours
• Product adoption — drive utilization of AI agents, track feature adoption, build self-serve enablement resources
• Retention — churn analysis, risk identification, save playbooks, GRR protection
• Expansion — upsell and cross-sell motions, usage-based growth, plan upgrades
• Support operations — ticket management, SLA enforcement, knowledge base, escalation processes
• Team — hire and lead CSMs, Support Engineers, and CX Operations, using Odoo CRM for account management and health tracking

Who You Are

• 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Experience or Customer Success leadership
• Proven ownership of NRR and GRR at scale — you have the numbers to show
• Experience across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments
• Operational mindset — you build systems, playbooks, and processes, not just relationships
• Comfortable with CRM and CS tools (Odoo CRM, Gainsight, or similar)
• Logistics, AI, or SaaS platform experience is a strong plus

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst (ERP Finance) to support and develop finance-related ERP workflows within complex, high-volume transactional environments.

In this role, you will work closely with finance, operations, payments, and product teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting the development of effective ERP solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across finance, operations, payments, and product teams.
• Be responsible for end-to-end financial workflows for high-load transactional products, including operations and finance analytics and reporting.
• Define functional specifications for the Finance ERP system.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and system integrators to shape requirements, data models, and diagrams.
• Lead stakeholder sessions to map business processes and identify system needs.
• Document system behavior, workflows, data dictionaries, and training materials for ERP end users.
• Stay informed of regulatory, tax, and operational changes that impact financial systems.
  
   

It’s a match if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP or finance systems.
• Experience working with high-volume transactional systems.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and compliance.
• Experience designing or working with ERP systems (custom or commercial).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and software product life cycles.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
