About the Project:
We are developing an internal solution (bot) to integrate Slack and Telegram, allowing for real-time forwarding between channels and chats. The solution will be fully customized to our needs and designed with a strong focus on scalability, security, and ease of configuration.

Responsibilities:
Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy a new Telegram ChatBot.
Product Logic: Implement and maintain business logic features.
Infrastructure: Manage deployment, scaling, and performance optimization.
Troubleshooting: Monitor the chatbot, resolve issues, and ensure stable performance.
Integrations: Design, configure and maintain REST APIs.

Must Have:
Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience with the Telegram Bot API.
Programming: Proficiency in Node.js/Python.
Databases: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Message Queues: Knowledge of principles of working with message queues (RabbitMQ).
Job Queues: Proficiency in Bull (Redis).
Security: Knowledge of security standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
English: Intermediate or higher level of English.

🛠️ Project

We are looking for a mid-level Backend Developer to join our fast-moving engineering team. You’ll work closely with two other backend engineers (including the team lead), our CTO, a corresponding client team, and QA. Together, we build scalable, high-performance systems that power our products.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using NestJS and Node.js

• Design and optimize data models with PostgreSQL and Redis (optionally InfluxDB)

• Develop and maintain microservices with SQS-based messaging patterns

• Implement real-time features with WebSockets

• Contribute to systems handling large-scale data efficiently

• Collaborate with frontend/client developers, QA, and leadership to deliver end-to-end features

• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and help maintain high-quality standards

• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance
  
  

⭐ Must-have

• 3–5 years of backend development experience

• Strong knowledge of Node.js (NestJS framework experience a big plus)

• Solid database fundamentals, especially Postgres and Redis

• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with short iteration cycles

Backend & Data Engineering:

• Проєктування та реалізація cloud-native ingestion pipeline (Cloud Run / Pub/Sub / BigQuery).
• Розробка privacy relay, shuffler, aggregator і механізмів k-анонімності (k≥5).
• Інтеграція SDK-даних через protobuf / gRPC.
• Проєктування та підтримка аналітичних схем (HOME_TO_DEST, TERRATYPE_INDEX, SAFE_SEGMENT).
• Інтеграція й кешування зовнішніх API (SafeGraph, Foursquare).
• Розробка процесів ETL / ELT та експорту аналітичних даних (Parquet / CSV / JSON).

Cloud & DevOps:

• Розгортання та підтримка інфраструктури на Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
• Налаштування CI/CD-процесів (GitHub Actions / Cloud Build / Terraform).
• Оптимізація продуктивності та витрат (ціль ≤ €8k/міс для MVP).
• Налаштування моніторингу та алертингу (Cloud Monitoring / Prometheus / Grafana).

Security & Privacy:

• Реалізація TLS 1.3 + certificate pinning, data relay з IP stripping.
• Впровадження принципів privacy-by-design (k-анонімність, шифрування, shuffling, padding, epoch salts).
• Участь у розробці рішень, що відповідають вимогам GDPR/CCPA.

• Оцінка ризиків і впровадження best practices із безпеки даних та інфраструктури.
  
  Необхідні знання та досвід

  Backend Development:

• 5+ років досвіду розробки серверних рішень (Python / Go / Node.js).
• Впевнене володіння FastAPI / Flask / NestJS / Express.
• Досвід роботи з protobuf, gRPC, REST API.
• Розуміння event-driven architecture та stream processing.

• Досвід оптимізації high-throughput ingestion pipelines.

  Data Engineering / Analytics:

• Досвід проєктування схем у BigQuery / ClickHouse / PostgreSQL.
• Знання принципів ETL/ELT, data aggregation, partitioning.
• Досвід роботи з H3 geo-spatial grid, геоданими, POI-системами.

• Бажано: навички статистичного аналізу та empirical-Bayes shrinkage.

  Cloud Architecture / DevOps:

• Просунутий досвід роботи з Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM, Cloud Storage).
• Контейнеризація (Docker, базові знання Kubernetes).
• Налаштування Terraform / IaC, CI/CD, observability (Grafana, Cloud Logging).

• Оптимізація інфраструктурних витрат.

  Security & Privacy:

• Знання TLS, mTLS, cert pinning, secrets management.
