About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle by partnering with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Architects to embed quality from the start rather than serve as a gatekeeper at release. Required skills:

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or backend development, with a strong focus on building production-grade data pipelines.
• 2-3+ years of experience working with AWS services (Administration of Redshift is a must),
• Solid experience working with AWS services (Spectrum, S3, RDS, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, SQS).
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data transformation and automation.
• Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.
• Good understanding of streaming architectures and micro-batching for real-time data needs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows (preferably GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with event schema validation tools/ solutions (Snowplow, Schema Registry).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

You'll start by owning our Marketing BI stack — unifying spend, attribution, pLTV, and revenue across every channel — and grow into supporting product analytics, experimentation, and broader data infrastructure as we scale.

- Own data accuracy — troubleshoot discrepancies across attribution, network, revenue, and product data sources.

Responsibilities

  Migration & Translation

  - Analyze existing SQL Server stored procedures that feed SSRS reports — catalog business logic, conditional transformations, and reporting-specific edge cases

  - Translate stored procedure logic into dbt models (staging, intermediate, and mart layers) using idiomatic SQL and dbt best practices

  - Design the Snowflake schema architecture (raw, staging, marts) aligned with dimensional modeling principles

  Ingestion & Pipeline Design

  - Configure and manage Fivetran connectors for MSSQL source replication into Snowflake raw layer

  - Define sync cadence, schema drift handling, and incremental vs. full-load strategies per source table

  - Coordinate with internal engineers managing the existing Go-based ETL to plan cutover and parallel-run periods

  dbt Development & DataOps

  - Build a production-grade dbt project: models, tests, documentation, sources, exposures, and freshness checks

  - Document edge cases, assumptions, and any logic gaps surfaced during migration

  - Implement RBAC and row-level security in Snowflake aligned with existing access patterns

  - 5+ years working with SQL Server (T-SQL), including complex stored procedures and SSRS

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our technical team. This is a role for an experienced professional with experience in working with data analysis and data quality, BI dashboard reporting tools, ETL pipelines, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Create and Maintain Looker Studio Dashboards
   
  • Design, build, and maintain Looker Studio reports for several different needs. Requires adding new data sources, adjusting or creating filters and custom queries, and building new charts.
     
• Add new data sources
   
  • Integrate new data sources according to the needs of each individual platform into our databases via DBT, existing tools (like PowerMyAnalytics or Fivetran) or directly via API, while assuring backfills of the data.
     
• Maintain Existing Data Sources
   
  • Detect and fix any issues regarding existing data sources, from both manual and automated data inputs, as well as API changes that affect any of the data sources.
  • Guarantee uptime on all existing and future extractions, to ensure the pipelines always running.

Required Qualifications
