Your Role

As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for the holistic development and implementation of modern software solutions- from architecture and deployment to operation. You will work closely with the product team to design and continuously improve high-performance, scalable, and maintainable systems. You will primarily contribute your expertise to backend development (70%), while also contributing to frontend development (30%) and actively promoting the team’s technical excellence.

Your tasks

• You have end-to-end responsibility for software solutions, from conception and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and commissioning.

Your Profile

• You have a technical background and at least 5 years of practical experience as a developer, ideally in the service provider environment.
• You have excellent knowledge of Laravel, are confident in using Vue 3, CSS, have in-depth knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL, and have experience with Docker.
  Basic knowledge of PrimeVue and Figma is a plus.
• You have experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines, ideally via GitHub Actions. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), as well as applications in cloud environments such as Azure or DigitalOcean, is a plus.
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture principles and their practical application.

We are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer who will own the cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, security posture, and reliability of the AI platform.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will define and implement the production foundation on which AI agents and orchestration services operate.

Requirements

• 6+ years DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
• 4+ years deep AWS architecture experience
• Strong Terraform expertise (modules, state management, multi-env)
• Deep knowledge of:

    – Lambda

    – API Gateway

    – Step Functions

    – S3

    – IAM

    – CloudWatch

    – VPC networking

• Experience designing secure multi-account AWS environments
• CI/CD pipeline architecture experience
• Infrastructure security hardening experience
• Experience deploying distributed production systems
• Experience with ECS or EKS
• Strong understanding of:

    – AI/ML production infrastructure

    – Data pipelines

    – RAG system infrastructure requirements

• Experience integrating AWS Bedrock or other enterprise LLM services
• Strong cost optimization mindset
• Excellent architecture documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting LLM tool backends or MCP server hosting
• Experience with OpenSearch or vector database infrastructure
• Experience with QuickSuite or enterprise workflow platforms
• FinOps certification or formal cost governance experience
• SOC2 / HIPAA / enterprise compliance background
• Experience in regulated industries

Job responsibilities

• Design and own AWS cloud architecture (multi-account, prod/non-prod isolation)
• Build infrastructure using Terraform (modular, reusable, environment-aware)
• Architect and implement:

    – AWS Lambda services

    – API Gateway

    – Step Functions

    – Event-driven patterns (EventBridge, SQS, SNS)

• Design secure Bedrock integrations (private networking, IAM, VPC endpoints)
• Architect knowledge base storage (S3, OpenSearch, vector storage infra)
• Design networking topology (VPCs, private subnets, endpoints, routing)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Implement containerized services (ECS or EKS where required)
• Establish observability stack (CloudWatch, tracing, structured logs)
• Implement secrets management (Secrets Manager, KMS)
• Define IAM least-privilege architecture
• Implement DevSecOps and secure SDLC standards
• Define SRE practices (SLAs, SLOs, monitoring, alerting)
• Implement cost governance and FinOps practices
• Support AI engineers in productionizing model services and tool backends
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and auditability

About the project:
The project is dedicated to the Sales Tax area: building a SaaS solution that helps clients track and forecast their performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze utilization metrics to right-size instances, databases, and containers
• Enforce strict resource tagging and allocation for accurate cost tracking and reporting
• Automate shutdowns of non-production environments and manage ephemeral resources efficiently
• Monitor cloud spend using native tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, Google Cloud Cost Management) and third-party platforms like Firefly
• Collaborate with development and product teams to shift-left FinOps, ensuring cost considerations are integrated early in the design phase
• Recommend cost-saving strategies such as spot instances, reserved instances, and optimized storage tiers
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, including cost per deployment, idle resource percentage, and cost per feature.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of DevOps experience
• Proven experience with Azure cloud platform and cost management tools
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization strategies
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and scalable architectures
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret utilization metrics and implement actionable changes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
