Account Manager – Remote | Affiliate & Media Buying Infrastructure

We are an international team that provides advertising accounts and infrastructure for the most ambitious media buying and affiliate teams (iGaming, apps, fintech, e-commerce, agencies).

We are looking for an Account Manager who can guide clients through the process, quickly set up accounts and grow spend.

What you’ll be doing every day:

🚀 Manage a portfolio of 20–30 active clients (Telegram + CRM)

🚀 Help launch accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok, Native, DSP, agency / rent / BM / MCC)

🚀 Create and monitor tasks for account delivery and top-ups

🚀 Manage deposits → balances → first spend

🚀 Ensure the accuracy of deal terms and balances

🚀 Handle operational matters between the client and Supply / Finance

🚀 Participate in upselling and client budget growth

Your earnings:

🎯 Fixed

🎯 % of setup (account sales) + % of client spend

🎯 Bonus scheme: 5–8% extra for exceeding targets (80% → 5%, 100% → 6%, 125% → 7%, 150% → 8%)

We are building a product for a global audience and looking for a strong SMM professional who understands iGaming communities, audiences, and social growth in high-competition markets.

We expect:

• 3+ years of experience in SMM, including experience in a leadership or senior role;
• Proven experience in the iGaming industry and other related niches;
• Strong understanding of audiences and Web3 communities;
• Experience building and managing Telegram and Discord communities at scale;

• Experience creating and executing global SMM strategies;

Your main tasks:

• Develop and implement a global Social Media Strategy for the project across all key platforms (Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram);
• Build and scale iGaming communities and maintain strong engagement within them;
• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to Web3 and iGaming audiences;
• Create and manage content plans for all social platforms;
• Lead and coordinate the SMM and Community Management team;
• Drive community growth and retention initiatives;
• Implement engagement mechanics such as community events, contests, and loyalty activities;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the iGaming space;
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize SMM campaigns and community engagement;
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to support player acquisition and retention goals;
• Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations and GEO restrictions;
• Regularly report on community growth, engagement metrics, and strategic performance to stakeholders.
