    Requirements

    About the Role:

     

    As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our lead generation and brand awareness efforts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns targeting eCommerce decision-makers and startup founders worldwide.

    You’ll work closely with our sales and creative teams, contributing directly to agency growth. This is your chance to take ownership of digital marketing at a fast-growing agency and make a measurable impact.

     

     What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and execute a B2B digital marketing strategy aligned with our sales goals

    • Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and paid ads

    • Build and manage marketing funnels with a focus on lead generation and nurturing

    • Plan and execute content marketing, including landing pages, blog posts, and newsletters

    • Collaborate with our design and dev teams on campaign assets and performance tracking

    • Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI with tools like GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot (or similar)

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at a digital agency or tech company

    • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, especially in eCommerce and SaaS

    • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, email automation, and content marketing
    • Hands-on experience with Hubspot

    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms

    • Excellent communication skills in English

    • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote team
