About The Role…

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to strengthen and harden our AWS-based infrastructure. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and continuously improving our security posture, ensuring compliance with best practices, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks across our cloud environment.

About the Project

The 303 Team is seeking a Level 1 SOC Analyst to join our growing Security Operations Center.

The L1 SOC Analyst is an operational role focused on qualifying real-time security alerts and assisting with incident investigations across client infrastructures. As the front line of our defense, you will be responsible for monitoring system health and data feeds, gathering key forensic data, and resolving cases within your scope. You will work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 Security Engineers, escalating complex cases as necessary for Incident Response.

Beyond core monitoring, you will have the opportunity to contribute to penetration testing, automation, using AI/Machine Learning workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of network and systems security, security testing, and software security.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and *nix (Linux/Unix) platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, or PowerShell.
• Strong analytical and observational skills with the ability to "think outside the box" while following established SOC procedures.
• Excellent communication skills; a team player capable of functioning independently when required.

Languages:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the intake of real-time security events and alarms.
• Monitor customer SIEM platforms to identify and triage potential security incidents.
• Gather and process forensic data related to alarm conditions.
• Respond to security incidents and events in a timely manner.
• Resolve and close cases based on defined security criteria.
• Create and deliver comprehensive security reports.

About the Project

We are developing an international online platform in the iGaming and entertainment industry, currently actively scaling in the Turkish market.

The project is in a rapid growth phase — the number of users and chats is increasing, and the support team is expanding.

We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead who will manage the chat support team, build efficient processes, and ensure a high level of service for the Turkish GEO.

Your Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead a team of Customer Support Operators (chat support).
• Create schedules, monitor attendance, and distribute workload.
• Onboard, train, and provide regular coaching to operators.
• Maintain team motivation and a healthy working atmosphere.

Quality & KPI

• Monitor and improve KPIs (CSAT, response time, FCR, quality).
• Review chats and provide structured feedback to operators.

Operations & Escalations

• Handle escalations related to payments, verification, bonuses, and technical issues.

What We Expect From You

• Turkish — fluent (spoken and written) — mandatory.

• Understanding of support KPIs and metrics.
• Experience in iGaming / betting / online entertainment is a strong plus.
• Strong people management skills: coaching, feedback, conflict resolution.
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts aligned with Turkish time.

About the role:
We are looking for a Python Software Engineer to join our team and help us build an on-premise software pipeline for real-time computer vision. The system ingests camera streams (primarily RTSP), stores frames in a shared data layer, runs CV/AI engines for preprocessing and inference, applies inference logic to produce decisions, and sends results to Database/Portal/Alerting/Control integrations.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the Camera Module to reliably ingest RTSP streams, decode frames, and handle reconnect/keep-alive/packet loss.
- Implement the Shared Data layer for raw and processed frame exchange across processes with backpressure and safe lifecycle management.
- Integrate and operate CV/AI Engines in Python (preprocess, inference, postprocess) with configurable model loading and runtime selection.
- Develop the Inference Logic layer that orchestrates cropping, batching, filtering, classification, and decision output formatting.
- Implement connectors for Database & Portal (event persistence, evidence references) and for Alerting & Control (events/hooks for downstream automation).
- Ensure production readiness on Linux with observability (logs/metrics), health checks, and robust error handling.

Requirements:
Must-have:
- Strong Python, OOP, clean architecture, typing preferred.
- Solid experience with multiprocessing/concurrency (process lifecycle, IPC patterns, queues/shared memory).
- Comfortable working in Linux (systemd/service mindset, networking basics, profiling/debugging).
- Familiarity with CV/AI tooling, and some related Python libraries such as numpy, opencv (cv2), and torch or tensorflow.
- Ability to work with streaming data and reliability constraints (timeouts, retries, resource cleanup).
Should-have:
- Experience with RTSP/RTP streaming and common issues (UDP vs TCP interleaved, jitter, packet loss, camera timeouts).
- Performance optimization (profiling, memory management, zero-copy patterns).
