We’re looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer to own mission-critical integrations on Anypoint Platform—from design to production. If you build clean, secure, scalable APIs and love making systems talk reliably, read on.

    What you’ll do

    • Design & build integrations on Anypoint Platform (API-led connectivity, Experience/Process/System APIs).
    • Model & document APIs using RAML/OpenAPI, publish to Exchange, manage with API Manager (policies, rate limits, SLAs).
    • Transform data with DataWeave 2.x; design resilient flows (batch, streaming, pub/sub, request–reply, scatter–gather).
    • Harden & observe: implement OAuth2/JWT/TLS, secrets management, secure properties; monitor with Anypoint Monitoring/Runtime Manager.
    • Handle failures the right way: On-Error scopes, retries/backoff, idempotency, dead-lettering, structured logging and correlation IDs.
    • Ship with confidence: write MUnit tests, automate CI/CD (Maven + Git/Jenkins/GitHub Actions), deploy to CloudHub/CloudHub 2.0.
    • Optimize for throughput/latency; profile memory/threads; cache where it makes sense.
    • Partner up with BAs/architects/stakeholders; turn requirements into robust integration contracts and SLAs.
    • Document flows, mappings, and runbooks that others can actually use.

    What you’ll bring

    • 4+ years building on MuleSoft (we’ll consider strong 2–3 years if you’ve shipped production workloads end-to-end).
    • Solid API design (REST, pagination, versioning, error models) and integration patterns.
    • Hands-on with Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub (1.0/2.0), Object Store v2, Anypoint MQ.
    • Strong DataWeave, MUnit, and CI/CD fundamentals.
    • Security first mindset (OAuth2, mTLS, secrets, policy design).
    • Clear communicator; can explain trade-offs and keep work moving in Agile/Scrumban teams.

    Nice to have

    • MuleSoft Developer/Architect certifications.
    • Experience with VPC/peering, custom load balancers, and multi-env promotion.
    • Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Kafka, or other enterprise systems.

    How we work

    • Remote-first, async-friendly with core hours for key time-zone overlap (EU).
    • Lightweight process, weekly delivery cadence, strong code reviews.
    • You’ll get ownership, clear scope, and support from senior engineers and architects.

    Benefits

    • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge integration projects.
    • Career growth and development opportunities.
    • Collaborative and innovative work environment.

Goal: Get The Glamping Planner featured in niche newsletters, communities, magazines, podcasts, YouTube channels, and professional groups—without paid placement—by pitching it as a useful, free resource that fills a gap for landowners and operators.

    About The Glamping Planner

We’ve built a free planning tool that helps people turn glamping ideas into buildable, permitted, budget‑sound projects (structures, utilities, foundations, permits, and realistic costs). We want broad coverage across the outdoor hospitality ecosystem.

    Scope & Ownership (what you’ll run end‑to‑end)

    • Prospecting & Research
      • Build a targeted list of outlets: niche newsletters (Substack/Beehiiv), communities (FB/Discord/Reddit/LinkedIn groups), trade magazines/blogs, YouTube channels, podcasts, and LinkedIn creators in outdoor hospitality, tiny homes/cabins, domes, off‑grid builds, rural permitting, and STR operations.
      • Prioritize by audience fit, posting cadence, engagement quality, and editor contactability.
    • Outreach Strategy & Copy
      • Craft the angle for each outlet (why the Planner solves their readers’ problems).
      • Write and send personalized pitches via email/DM/submission forms; tailor subject lines and ledes to the outlet’s format.
      • Offer non‑cash value (co‑branded landing link, checklist, contributed article, AMA/office hours).
    • Follow‑ups & Placement Management
      • Own follow‑ups on a defined cadence (e.g., T+3, T+7, T+14).
      • Coordinate what the outlet needs (screenshots, checklists, contributed piece), provide links, and confirm go‑live dates.
      • Post moderator‑approved resource threads in communities and answer questions for a limited window (as agreed).
    • Reporting & Learning
      • Track every touchpoint with UTMs and a lightweight funnel (views → quiz starts → completions → qualified leads).
      • Ship a weekly report with coverage achieved, funnel metrics, and next actions. Propose experiments (new angles, subject lines, placements).

    What you bring

    • Proven earned‑media outreach experience (newsletters, communities, trade press, podcasts, YouTube creators).
    • Excellent copywriting: concise, editor‑friendly, and outlet‑specific.
    • CRM/spreadsheet discipline; comfort with UTMs/GA4 or Plausible.
    • Familiarity with outdoor hospitality / STR / off‑grid / prefab is a plus.
    • Professional, respectful tone with moderators and editors.
    • Tools you like (or equivalents): Gmail, LinkedIn/Twitter/IG DMs, Substack/Beehiiv contact forms, Apollo/Hunter/VoilaNorbert, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4/Plausible.

    Engagement

    • Start: ASAP
    • Type: Hourly (with weekly deliverables) or fixed‑price by milestones.
    • Time zone: Flexible, with 24‑hr SLA on editor/mod replies.

    How to apply (screening task)

    Please send:

    • 5 outlets you’d pitch first (newsletter/community/channel), with 1–2 lines on why each is a fit.

Note: This is earned media only—no paid placements or creator fees without prior approval.

    Looking forward to your application!

We’re building a proof-of-concept engine that predicts the ROI of automating manufacturing

processes using simulation and statistical modelling.

    Must-Have Skills

    • Strong experience in simulation modelling, ideally Discrete Event Simulation (DES).

    • Ability to build Monte Carlo–style simulation engines at scale.

    • Solid understanding of statistical distributions and their application in scenario testing.

    • Experience with sensitivity analysis to identify risks and drivers.

    • Ability to produce transparent, well-documented, explainable code.

    Nice to Have

    • Familiarity with ERP/manufacturing process data.

    • Experience with risk modelling or uncertainty quantification.

    • Knowledge of manufacturing operations.

    • Experience scaling simulations (parallelization, cloud).

    Tech Stack

    • Language flexible, but Python strongly preferred (SimPy, SALib, NumPy, SciPy, PyMC, etc.).

    • Integration with our PHP product will come later (e.g. via API).

    Deliverables (POC Scope)

    • Simulation engine that can run multiple automation scenarios, apply distributions,

execute Monte Carlo runs, and output ranges with sensitivity results.

    • Clear documentation of modelling assumptions, code structure, and extension paths.

Candidates will be required to sign an NDA before receiving further details

We’re a small SaaS team that’s been working together for 5+ years. No big ceremonies, no heavy frameworks — just Slack, Jira, and people getting things done. What we need now is someone who can keep our process flowing and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

    What you’ll do:

    • Keep Jira up to date (move tickets, check statuses, close the gaps devs forget)
    • Ping the right people in Slack to keep work moving
    • Remind the product owner when tickets/requirements need to be created
    • Share light async updates on what’s in progress / what’s next / blockers
    • Fit into our current async, Slack-first setup (suggest improvements later, not day one)

    What you won’t do:

    • Run SCRUM, sprints, or heavy ceremonies
    • Own product prioritization — that stays with the co-founders
    • Write requirements from scratch (at least initially)

    What we expect from you:

    • Proactive communication — you’re the one chasing updates, not waiting to be told
    • Comfortable working async, but responsive during our core hours (10:00–18:00 EET)
    • Hands-on attitude with small teams — no ivory tower PM stuff
    • Experience with Jira and Slack (doesn’t have to be deep, just confident)

    The setup:

    • Full Remote, Flexible hours
    • Hourly contract, ~10–20h/week (flexible)
    • Bootstrapped product mindset — lean budget, lean process, focus on delivery

If this sounds like your style — helping a small team stay sharp without drowning us in process — we’d like to hear from you.
    Application Process
    Video (1–2 minutes):

    • In English: What motivates you to be a project manager? Why would our team be a good fit for you?
    • In Ukrainian: What is your current career challenge, and what are you doing about it?
(Simple phone recording is fine. Share via Dropbox or similar.)
    1. Follow-up questionnaire
    2. Test task
    3. Meet & greet (15–20 min)
    4. Decision & onboarding
