About the role

Build and own ML models that predict survey respondent certainty and detect fraud from behavioral signals — mouse movement, click patterns, timing, browser/OS data. You'll be the sole ML engineer maintaining a production hybrid CNN+tabular certainty model (already in client deliverables) and building the new bot detection model. You'll work directly with a US-based AI scientist who provides strategic direction.

• Improve the hybrid 1D CNN (mouse trajectories) + MLP (tabular features) certainty model — error analysis, hyperparameter tuning, augmentation, loss experiments 
• Build the bot detection classifier — binary human/bot model reusing behavioral pipeline infrastructure

Mission of this role

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who loves turning insights into ads that perform. In this role, you are responsible for researching, scripting, and validating ad concepts across multiple markets. You make sure that at least 10% of your ads are winners (hitting client KPIs with €1K+ spend).

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Editors, and Creators. You don’t have to speak to clients, we’ve got PMs for that, but you own the process from research to final ad review.

Your responsibilities

Creative Research & Ideation

• Research competitors, trends, and best-performing ads to fuel new concepts
• Translate insights into ad frameworks and creative directions

Scriptwriting & Creative Development

• Write scripts for UGC-style ads (EN, NL, DACH, with translators where needed)
• Approve or reject creators sourced by the team based on fit with scripts
• Review final edits to ensure quality and strategy alignment

Data & Performance Analysis

• Analyze ad account data and spot patterns for new creative directions
• Work with PMs to track performance and iterate on concepts

Process & Collaboration

• Use Asana, Notion, Slack, and Drive to manage all work

Serve Freight is a high-reliability logistics operator specializing in complex freight execution for mid-market shippers and project-driven industries. We are hiring an Executive Operations Manager to serve as a direct operational support to our CEO. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. It is a hybrid role that combines structured administrative support with process ownership, cross-functional coordination, and limited autonomous decision-making.

You are the person who keeps the CEO out of the weeds so he can focus on the things only he can do. You manage the recurring operational rhythm, handle the tactical items that pile up, and make the small decisions that would otherwise sit in a queue waiting for approval.

60% of your time will be structured, recurring work. 40% will be ad hoc problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.

What You Will Do

Executive & Calendar Management

• Manage the CEO's calendar: scheduling, rescheduling, conflict resolution

At 90 days: The CEO feels like you are an extension of himself. Internal stakeholders engage with you directly. Minimal oversight needed.
