Role Purpose

Lead and manage relationships with VIP clients to maximize engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. Deliver a personalized and high-touch experience for VIP players, driving activation, reactivation, retention, and revenue growth through strategic account management and tailored offers. Collaborate across departments to enhance VIP programs, promotions, and overall player lifetime value (LTV).
 

Trial Period Goals (First 3 Months)

• Build and optimize VIP account management processes to increase LTV of current VIP clients.
• Familiarize with current VIP management processes, CRM systems, internal knowledge bases, and VIP-specific protocols.
• Develop VIP playbooks and account management procedures.
• Establish infrastructure & reporting for VIP activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VIP accounts through personalized communication via WhatsApp, phone, email, live chat or video calls.
• Drive activation and reactivation of VIP clients through proactive outreach, including outbound calls and tailored offers.
• Sell and manage VIP bonuses and promotions to maximize deposits, wagering, and engagement.
• Handle incoming VIP inquiries, requests, and escalations efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and analyze VIP KPIs, including retention, churn, deposits, wagering, LTV, and engagement metrics.
• Develop and implement VIP account management procedures, tiered service levels, and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Risk teams on VIP programs, campaigns, and feedback.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in VIP or high-value client management, preferably in iGaming, casinos, or related sectors.
• Native Spanish and fluent English (oral and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

Mandatory Requirements

– 5+ years in Security Engineering / DevSecOps roles , with proven success delivering secure infrastructure and applications

– Strong skills in Python and Bash for building and automating security workflows

– Cloud Security (AWS focus) — Deep knowledge of IAM least-privilege design, encryption at rest/in transit, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and best practices for securing multi-account environments

– Implementation of security controls in pipelines (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container image scanning, policy-as-code)

– Hardening of Linux systems, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS; strong experience with RBAC, PodSecurity/OPA/Gatekeeper/Kyverno policies

– Terraform/Terragrunt, including policy-as-code, drift detection, and compliance enforcement

– Expertise with HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or equivalent

– Hands-on with centralized logging, SIEM/SOAR tools (Datadog Security, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.) and incident response workflows

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  6+ years of hands-on Java development experience

We are building Apps Factory — a product unit that launches and scales mobile subscription apps across multiple verticals such as utilities, health, education, AI tools, and more.

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer who will not only drive the development of our internal platform, but also lead a team of engineers and play a key role in building and scaling our mobile products.

Experience with subscription-based mobile apps and React Native development is mandatory for this role.

🔧 Responsibilities

Engineering & Architecture

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using JavaScript, React/Vue, Node.js
• Develop APIs, microservices, and serverless solutions on GCP / Firebase
• Build internal tools: landing builders, CMS, automation systems for marketing and growth teams
• Develop and support mobile applications using React Native
• Architect Web-to-App / Web-to-Web funnels for subscription-based products
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and system reliability

Mobile Development (Core Focus)

• Lead development of mobile apps using React Native
• Work with subscription flows, paywalls, and mobile analytics
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to optimize mobile funnels and conversion

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers (full-stack and mobile)
• Participate in hiring and team scaling
• Set technical direction, review code, and enforce best practices
• Own delivery timelines and ensure high-quality execution
• Improve development processes, workflows, and team efficiency

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, UA, Data, ML, and Creative teams
• Align technical solutions with business and growth goals
• Drive automation of marketing and operational workflows

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Solid experience with Node.js
• Experience with React or Vue
• Mandatory experience with React Native (mobile development)
• Proven experience working with mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Experience with GCP / Firebase (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Run)
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (Firestore, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with analytical databases (BigQuery or ClickHouse)

What we expect from the candidate:

• Work experience from 2 years.
• Good understanding of the testing process (goals and objectives, types of testing, test design, etc;)
• Experience in creating and writing test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
• Understanding of what requirements are and what they should be;
• Experience in testing web applications (desktop & mobile);
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL;
•  Knowledge of HTTP protocol, web applications and understanding of client-server architecture;
• Basic knowledge of test automation (unit, e2e tests)
• Understanding of the basics of programming;
• Knowledge of Selenium.

Your position will include:

• Control and search for problems in the products under development;
• Analysis of the errors found;
• Developing test suites and running them regularly, preparing test data, writing test methodology;
• Regulation and support of the process of eliminating the found bugs, interaction with developers;
• Maintaining documentation of the testing process;
• Understanding, organizing and conducting different levels of testing (from unit to acceptance testing);
• Understanding of the programming languages used for product development (JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, C#, C++, etc.);
• Ability to work with bug tracking systems;
• Work with automatic testing tools.
