    The Role

    This is a rare opportunity to build a design culture from the ground up. As our first design hire, you will be the chief architect of our visual identity and user experience. You will own the end-to-end design process, from high-level strategy to pixel-perfect execution. Your primary mandate will be to create a scalable, multi-brand design system that will serve as the foundation for all our marketing pages, product interfaces, and digital experiences. You will not just be designing products; you will be crafting the visual language of our mission.

     

    What You Will Do

    • Architect our Design System: Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive, multi-themed design system from scratch, including components, patterns, and documentation.
    • Own the User Experience: Lead the design of elegant, intuitive, and accessible interfaces for our web-based products and platforms, ensuring a cohesive experience across all user touchpoints.
    • Bridge Design and Engineering: Translate your designs into high-quality, reusable front-end components using modern frameworks. You will work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure flawless implementation.
    • Champion Design Craft: Establish and uphold an exceptionally high bar for design quality, from typography and layout to interaction and motion design. You will be the steward of our clean, minimalist aesthetic.
    • Iterate with Speed: Rapidly prototype new concepts and features, using everything from Figma to code, to validate ideas and bring our vision to life quickly and effectively.

     

    Who You Are

    • An Experienced Product Designer: You have 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products. Your portfolio showcases a strong command of visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking.
    • A Systems Thinker: You are passionate about creating order from complexity. You have demonstrable experience building or contributing to design systems that scale.
    • A Designer Who Codes: You are an expert in Figma and are also proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Hands-on experience with a modern framework like React or Next.js is essential. Experience with Storybook and UI libraries like ShadCN is a big plus.

    The Ukrainian office of a US-based logistics technology company is seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Product Owner to join our team. You will play a key role in the development of a cutting-edge, AI-powered platform tailored for 3PLs and logistics service providers. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital logistics and contribute to internal innovation initiatives.

    You will work directly under the guidance of an experienced Product Manager and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. This is a full-time role with a focus on both our core AI logistics product and several supporting internal projects.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely within the US-based product ownership team under the leadership of the Product Manager with further growth perspective into a leading role
    • Assist in defining and refining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
    • Co-manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Gather, structure, and document functional and non-functional product requirements
    • Drive the detailed planning and execution of development tasks in collaboration with the development team
    • Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, iteration planning and demos
    • Engage with stakeholders, including business owners, internal users, and customers to understand needs and ensure clarity in requirements
    • Continuously monitor the progress and quality of deliverables
    • Analyze potential competitors and follow AI development trends
    • Provide input on product performance, customer feedback, and potential enhancements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Strong spoken and written skills in English sufficient for direct independent communication with US stakeholders and clients (Upper-intermediate and higher)
    • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle
    • Experience in analyzing product business models and translating them into actionable development tasks
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    Would Be a Plus

    • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
    • Skills in writing clear, structured project documentation
    • Basic understanding of UX design principles
    • Familiarity with the logistics or supply chain domain
    • Practical knowledge of Agile / Scrum software development methodologies
