HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Analyze the online gambling market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (LTV, CPA, CR, ROI) to optimize marketing efforts and product performance.
• Communicate with affiliate managers and marketing partners, ensuring the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
• Participate in preparing entry into new markets, and understanding market trends and demands
• Oversee the implementation of product changes and innovations based on user behavior analysis and marketing insights.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to introduce new features that enhance the user experience.
• Manage content across projects, ensuring its quality and relevance to marketing goals.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager within the online gambling industry.
• Understanding of key product metrics (conversion rates, LTV, ARPU, ROI) and experience with affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience in working with marketing and affiliate partners.
• Deep knowledge of online gambling products and industry trends.
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency for effective communication with international partners.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Smartlook, Google Analytics) to monitor user behavior and drive product decisions.
