What experience is important to us:
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in working with digital products.
Deep understanding of traffic, its quality and key performance indicators. 
Strong skills in team management, process development, and optimization.
Ability to measure and report department performance using metrics and KPIs.
 

What you will do:

Management of Sales & Affiliate teams: planning and control of their work.
Analysis and development of the department's development strategy.
Building effective communication and long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients together with the team.
Analytics and development of the Affiliate direction (keeping internal metrics and working with top managers to improve them) to increase the number of leads.
Working with key partners and clients.
Development of sales plans, achievement of approved plan indicators.
Testing and analysis of competitive markets in order to obtain maximum profitability, traffic optimization\partner program.
