    Role Overview

    This role is for someone who values clarity and structure. You will gather business requirements, turn them into clear documentation, track project execution, and coordinate the team. Together with developers, designers, and QA, you’ll help deliver high-quality solutions and improve processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    — Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
    — Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
    — Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
    — Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to track progress and resolve issues.
    — Ensure clear and structured communication between clients, business teams, and technical teams.
    — Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
    — Identify risks, dependencies, and propose solutions to mitigate project challenges.
    — Contribute to process optimization and improvements within project workflows.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    — 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
    — Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
    — Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear documentation (BRDs, User Stories, Flowcharts, etc.).
    — Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
    — Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    — English level — B2.
