What you’ll do

• Own QA for web-based applications: from requirements to release confidence.
• Create and maintain test plans, checklists, and test cases in TestRail.
• Perform manual testing (exploratory, regression, acceptance) with a strong risk-based mindset.
• Build, extend, and maintain test automation in Playwright + TypeScript (from scratch where needed), including:
  • stable test architecture (Page Object / fixtures / reusable utilities)
  • meaningful reporting (Allure/HTML or similar)

Must-have:

• 5+ years in manual + automation QA for web applications.
• Strong hands-on automation experience with Playwright in TypeScript (required).

We are looking for a Robotics Engineer to own motion control for our unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) end-to-end – from control theory on paper to a robot that actually moves the way you designed it to. This is not a role for someone who wants control loops handed to them pre-tuned: you will design, implement, and validate them on hardware yourself

Responsibilities:   

- Implement navigation and control algorithms for different types of UGVs: differential drive, tracked wheels, Ackermann steering, etc

- Design and implement control algorithms (PID and beyond) that translate navigation commands into reliable robot motion

- Own the control stack end-to-end – from algorithm design through tuning and validation on the physical unit

- Simulate physical driving for different types of wheels and terrains before deploying to hardware

- Work closely with the Robotics team on actuator and sensor integration, since control quality is only as good as what it's built on

- Debug control issues that only show up in the field, not in simulation – this role is hands-on with the physical robot in Lviv

- Collaborate with the Perception Engineer so control decisions correctly account for obstacle and environment data

- Propose architecture and design decisions rather than waiting to be handed a fully-scoped ticket: this is a small team building a new capability almost no one in the Ukrainian market has shipped yet

- Strong mathematical foundation: linear algebra, calculus, and the algorithmic thinking control systems are built on

- Practical experience with control theory – PID control at minimum, ideally more advanced control approaches

Perion’s Creative Services team builds the ads that people actually notice. We produce high-impact motion content across social, CTV, DOOH, and display, and the work is visible, measurable, and varied. This role is an entry point into that world. We’re not looking for someone who has done it all, we’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in motion design and a real drive to grow. You’ll be based in Ukraine, working remotely alongside a close-knit creative team that takes the craft seriously.

What you’ll be doing

• Build 2D animations for digital ad formats across social, CTV, DOOH, and display, from initial asset prep through to final export
• Apply core motion design principles, including timing, easing, rhythm, and weight, to make every frame work harder
• Animate typography that communicates clearly and holds attention across different screen environments
• Translate creative briefs into visual stories, working from concept through to polished motion deliverable
• Partner with designers and project managers throughout the production cycle, incorporating feedback quickly and iterating with purpose
• Keep a close eye on motion design and digital advertising trends to bring fresh thinking into your work
   

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio that demonstrates solid 2D animation and motion design work, even if your professional experience is limited
• Intermediate experience with Adobe After Effects
• Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator for asset preparation
• A good eye for composition, layout, and visual storytelling
• Ability to simplify complex messages into clear, engaging visual content
• Openness to feedback and a genuine drive to improve and grow
• Fluent English, written and spoken
   

Nice to have

• Familiarity with After Effects 3D or Blender
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Claude, or Gemini
• Any experience or interest in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or dynamic creative optimization (DCO)
