Remote | Spanish C1+ | Product IT Company

We are helping our partner, a product-focused IT company, find a Junior Sales Specialist for the Spanish market.

This can be a great opportunity if you speak Spanish confidently, enjoy communicating with people, and want to start or continue building your career in IT and international sales.

Previous IT or sales experience is not a must. What matters more is your communication style, motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

About the Role

You will work with Spanish-speaking customers and help them understand how the company’s product can support their business.

The role combines elements of Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

There are no aggressive sales tactics or endless cold prospecting from scratch. The company provides contact databases, product training, and ongoing support from the team.

Your goal will be to understand customers, communicate the value of the product, build relationships, and gradually become confident working with the Spanish market.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers across the Spanish market.
• Conduct phone calls, online meetings, and regular customer communication.
• Introduce the product and explain how it can help the customer’s business.
• Work with existing customers and help them get more value from the platform.
• Reconnect with customers who have stopped using the product.
• Contact potential customers using prepared databases.
• Understand customer needs and suggest relevant solutions.
• Keep customer information and communication updated in the CRM.
• Collect feedback and share useful insights with the Product Team.
• Support the company’s growth in the Spanish market.

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet you if you:

• Speak Spanish at C1 level or higher.
• Feel confident communicating with different people.
• Are comfortable with calls and online meetings.
• Enjoy helping, explaining, asking questions, and building relationships.
• Are curious and willing to learn a new product and industry.
• Are proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for your work.

• Want to grow professionally and build a career in an international environment.

You can be a good fit even if you are just starting your career.

Experience in any customer-facing role — such as Customer Support, Customer Service, Hospitality, Call Center, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations — can be useful, but it is not required.

Nice to Have

• Currently living in Spain or previous experience living there.
• Understanding of Spanish culture and communication style.
• Experience communicating with Spanish-speaking customers.
• Any previous B2B or customer-facing experience.

• Interest in technology, digital products, or the automotive industry.

What Matters Most to Us

We value people who:

• Communicate openly and respectfully.
• Take responsibility for their work.
• Are proactive and solution-oriented.
• Are curious and willing to learn.
• Are not afraid to ask questions.
• Care about customers and long-term relationships.

• Want to develop rather than simply “do the job.”

What the Company Offers

• Fully remote work.
• Opportunity to enter and grow within a product IT company.
• Full product training and support from the team.
• Work with the Spanish market on a daily basis.
• International team and business environment.
• Clear opportunities for professional and career growth.
• Fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses.

• A culture focused on trust, ownership, learning, and initiative.

Why This Opportunity?

If you speak Spanish confidently but keep seeing vacancies asking for years of experience, this could be your opportunity to enter IT and develop your commercial skills in practice.

You don’t need to know everything from day one.

The team will help you learn the product, understand the market, and grow into the role.

If you enjoy communicating with people, want to work with the Spanish market, and are looking for a place where you can learn and grow — we’d love to meet you.

About Logivations & Pixel Robotics

Logivations is an international technology company headquartered in Munich, with a long-established team in Lviv. Our product W2MO is one of the world's leading Digital Twin platforms for warehouse, supply chain and production logistics. It has more than 30,000 professional users. We are an SAP Application Development Partner and a LogiMAT "Best Product" winner, and through our MCP server, AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini can work directly inside a Digital Twin.

Our partner company Pixel Robotics builds autonomous mobile robots with AI-based camera navigation for pallet transport.

Two brands, real products, real customers, and much more to tell than we currently do.

About the role

We are looking for a marketing specialist who gets things done: independently, reliably, and at a quality level that does not need constant correction.

This is not a management or strategy role. Direction and priorities are set together with management in Munich. Your job is to turn them into finished, high-quality output, week after week. If you want to lead a team, this is not the right position. If you enjoy doing the actual work well and being trusted with it, it is.

What you will do

• Update and maintain sales and company presentations in our corporate design (PowerPoint and Google Slides)
• Run our LinkedIn presence for both brands: write posts, comment, repost and engage with partners, customers and industry content
• Write and edit B2B content in English, including case studies, short articles, newsletter texts and website updates
• Turn technical input from our engineers and project managers into clear, readable content
• Prepare materials for trade fairs, webinars and events
• Keep our marketing assets organised and up to date
• Work AI-first: use Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini as your daily tools to deliver more and better output

What we expect

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B, tech, SaaS or industrial companies
• Content first: you write clearly and professionally in English and have a feel for what makes a good post, slide or case study
• Solid skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides. You can work cleanly within an existing design, but you don't need to be a designer
• You work independently: you understand the task, ask the right questions upfront, and deliver results that are ready to use
• Reliability: deadlines hold, and nothing gets forgotten
• Practical, everyday experience with AI tools in your marketing or content work
• Interest in technical topics such as logistics, AI and robotics, and willingness to learn them
• Very good written English

AI is part of the job, not an extra

You will use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini every day. They are central to how this role works.

We expect you to use AI to:

• draft and refine LinkedIn posts, comments, case studies and newsletter texts
• update and restructure presentations faster
• research topics, customers, competitors and industry news
• turn technical documents, notes and transcripts into readable content
• check your own work for clarity, consistency and errors before handing it over

We are not looking for someone who copies generic AI output. You use AI for speed, and you take responsibility for the result. You edit, fact-check and adapt everything so it sounds like us and is ready to publish.

If you already have your own AI workflows, prompts or tools you rely on, tell us about them in your application.

Nice to have

• German language skills
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, automation or industrial software
• Experience with LinkedIn company pages and B2B social media

What we offer

• Direct collaboration with management in Munich and short decision paths
• Real technology topics instead of generic marketing
• A stable international company with a long-standing team in Lviv
• Competitive salary paid in EUR

Application process

Short intro call, followed by a small paid or short test task (for example, updating two slides and writing a LinkedIn post, with AI use welcome), then a final interview.
