• Email Marketing:

What you will do

• Systematically develop high-performing creatives for Meta to drive user acquisition
• Conduct creative and competitive research, analyzing market trends, best practices, and audience behavior
• Formulate and prioritize creative hypotheses based on performance data and previous test results
• Develop concepts for performance campaigns, including video scripts, static designs, hooks, and messaging
• Prepare structured briefs for designers and production teams, overseeing the process from concept to final delivery
• Analyze test results (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS) and initiate iterations for successful assets
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and creative output

What we are looking for

• 6+ months of experience in performance marketing, preferably with Tier1 markets;
• Understanding of Paid Social (Meta) dynamics: formats, hooks, messaging, and platform specifics;
• Ability to analyze key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and conduct competitive research;
• Copywriting skills and knowing how to transform ideas into catchy headlines;
• English level B1 (Intermediate) or higher.

What You’ll Be Doing (Promo Manager – Event Campaigns)

• Developing and launching promo campaigns based on the promo calendar (e.g. seasonal events, Black Friday, New Year, etc.).

• Coordinating with marketing, CRM, design, and affiliate teams.
