Основні задачі
Продуктова стратегія: Формування та захист стратегії розвитку продуктового портфоліо перед стейкхолдерами; визначення пріоритетів і плану розвитку по кожному треку.
Roadmap-менеджмент: Управління високорівневим продуктовим roadmap по всіх продуктах — від модулів автономності до систем керування флотом; синхронізація між командами.
Взаємодія з замовниками: Побудова процесів комунікації з військовими підрозділами, кінцевими користувачами та лідерами думок у сфері оборони; збір інсайтів для розвитку продуктів.
Виявлення нових можливостей: Пошук незакритих потреб ринку та нових продуктових напрямків на основі аналізу поля і взаємодії з замовниками.
Управління командою: Менеджмент продуктових менеджерів, менторинг і розвиток команди; побудова продуктових процесів з нуля або їх вдосконалення.
GTM-співпраця: Участь у формуванні стратегій виходу на ринок спільно з відділами продажів і маркетингу; комунікація статусу продуктів усередині команди та з партнерами.

Досвід та навички, які ми шукаємо:

• 2+ роки досвіду у ролі Head of Product або аналогічній (розглядаємо кандидатів з меншим стажем у ролі, якщо це технологічно складні або AI-based продукти)

Overview

We are looking for a UAV Technician to join the flight team responsible for testing our flagship R&D product — a GPS-denied alternative navigation system. This role is focused on the technical side of UAV operations — assembly, configuration, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of multirotor / fixed-wing airframes and their supporting equipment.

You will keep the team’s fleet in top shape and make sure every flight starts from a known-good aircraft. Piloting skills are welcome and useful, but they are not a hard requirement — your value here is in the hardware.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and bring up multirotor UAVs (frames, motors, ESCs, FCs, sensors, RC/telemetry, power) and fixed-wings
• Perform pre-flight technical checks and prepare aircraft for field campaigns
• Maintain, service, and repair airframes and supporting equipment (batteries, ground stations, antennas, RC equipment)
• Configure and tune Ardupilot-based autopilots (parameters, failsafes, sensor calibration)
• Diagnose hardware and configuration issues; perform root-cause analysis on failures
• Support flight tests on-site: be the technical hands during campaigns
• Keep equipment inventory, spare parts, and maintenance records in order
• Support engineers during bring-up and integration of new platforms and components

Requirements

Must-have

• Solid hands-on experience assembling, configuring, and repairing multirotor UAVs and fixed-wings
• Deep understanding of UAV core components (motors, ESCs, FCs, sensors, RC/telemetry links, power systems)
• Working knowledge of Ardupilot: parameters, calibration, failsafes, basic log analysis
• Confident soldering and basic electronics troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and basic schematics
• Methodical, careful approach to maintenance, documentation, and pre-flight checks

Nice to have

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior RF Systems Engineer to lead the development of next-generation situational awareness and electronic warfare (EW) platforms. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of RF subsystems, from initial research (TRL 1) to field-tested operational prototypes (TRL 7+). Your work will directly impact projects such as autonomous drone detection, FHSS signal classification, and distributed SIGINT mesh networks.

Key Responsibilities

RF Design & Integration

• Design and optimize RF front-ends for unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) and ground-based detection stations.
• Develop hardware and firmware for high-speed FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) detection and mitigation.
• Architect and implement Mesh Networking protocols for distributed sensor arrays (e.g., FPV-borne SIGINT mesh).

Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) & Electronic Warfare

• Develop algorithms for passive RF geolocation and signal classification.
• Engineer solutions for Drone Detection, focusing on identifying digital and analogue transmitting signatures even under heavy jamming.
• Design and test spoofing detection systems for Galileo and GPS navigation.

Field Validation & Testing

• Lead field testing of RF prototypes in relevant operational environments to validate TRL exit criteria.
• Analyze battlefield RF signatures to refine "kill zones" and improve EW training simulators.

Technical Requirements

SDR Mastery

Expert proficiency with Software Defined Radio platforms (HackRF, BladeRF, Ettus USRP) and GNU Radio.

Signal Processing

Deep understanding of digital modulation (OFDM, FSK), FFT analysis, and hopping pattern reconstruction.

Hardware

Experience with PCB layout for RF applications (up to 6GHz), antenna design, and impedance matching.

Frequency Bands

Experience working across 300–600 MHz (FHSS), 2.4 GHz, and 5.8 GHz bands.

Tools

Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C++ for real-time signal analysis.

Requirements
 

Core Technical Skills - Required

• 5–8 years of commercial embedded software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Robotics, or a similar technical field.

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, ARM-based platforms, or similar edge devices.

Sensor & Platform Experience

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with several of the following areas:

• Edge computing platforms: Jetson Nano / Xavier / Orin, Raspberry Pi, ARM SoCs.
• Short-range radar integration and data processing.
• Audio sensors, microphones, acoustic arrays, or sound-based detection systems.
• General audio/signal processing: filtering, noise reduction, feature extraction, direction estimation, or event detection.

• Develop and integrate embedded software components for the turret platform.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a strong embedded engineer who is comfortable working close to hardware and understands how real systems behave outside of perfect lab conditions. You can connect sensors, debug interfaces, analyze timing, reason about control logic, and translate mathematical or algorithmic requirements into reliable embedded software.

You do not need to be only a computer vision engineer. This role is broader: it combines embedded Linux, edge platforms, sensor integration, control systems, signal processing, and applied mathematics for real defense hardware.
