Full-time position

Reports to: Head of International Sales

Travel: Approximately 50% of working time (including international travel)

About Farsight Vision

Farsight Vision develops AI-powered geospatial intelligence solutions for defence and security operations. The platform transforms raw aerial and sensor data into real-time 3D environments, actionable analytics, and AI-assisted operational scenarios, enabling enhanced situational awareness, mission planning, and faster decision-making for both human operators and autonomous systems. We operate at the intersection of geospatial data, computer vision, and defense operations — and if that interests you, read on.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Account Executive to develop and close opportunities with defence, government, and industry customers internationally. This is not a role for someone who waits for a fully-scoped account plan and a hand-off list of leads — you will own the full customer relationship, from first conversation to signed contract, and build the strategy as you go. This is a highly customer-facing role combining new business development, account management, product demonstrations, industry events, and complex B2B/B2G sales. You should be comfortable operating independently, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and representing the company professionally in both small meetings and on large stages.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
• Develop relationships with defence organisations, government customers, system integrators, OEMs, and technology partners
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and deliver against revenue targets
• Conduct customer discovery, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
• Develop account and opportunity strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder sales
• Represent the company at defence exhibitions, conferences, range demonstrations, and customer events — delivering presentations and speaking confidently onstage, on panels, and in front of senior audiences
• Coordinate closely with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, next steps, and account information, and travel frequently to customer meetings, events, demonstrations, and field activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B/B2G sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably involving complex technology solutions
• Demonstrated experience owning and progressing sales opportunities through multiple stages of the sales cycle
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience presenting publicly or speaking onstage at conferences, industry events, panels, or similar settings
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including internationally
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, international environment

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the defence, security, aerospace, drone/UAV, robotics, geospatial, ISR, or dual-use technology sectors — veterans are welcome and preferred
• Experience selling to military, government, law-enforcement, or other public-sector organisations, with an understanding of defence procurement and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Existing network within the European or NATO defence ecosystem, and experience working with system integrators, defence primes, distributors, or channel partners
• Experience participating in field demonstrations, trials, exercises, or defence-industry events
• Fluency in a second European language (e.g. German, Ukrainian, Norwegian, Danish, French, or another language)
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive during business travel when required

Security Eligibility

Our platform is actively used by the Armed Forces in live operations. As an Estonian-Ukrainian defence technology company handling sensitive operational data, we have a responsibility — legal, ethical, and practical — to ensure the integrity of everyone on our team.

All candidates must be able to confirm the following:

• Neither you nor your close relatives (parents, spouse, siblings, children) reside in Russia, Belarus, or temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories
• You have no regular personal, financial, business, or professional contact with individuals in those territories
• You consent to a deeper security verification if the process advances to later stages

If any of the above criteria are not met, please do not proceed with your application.

Why Farsight Vision

We are a startup operating under real-world conditions — our product is in active deployment, and the pace reflects that. You are commercially ambitious and comfortable working in an environment where selling happens as much in the field and at customer sites as behind a laptop — moving confidently between a meeting with military end users, a commercial negotiation with a partner, a technical discussion with engineers, and a presentation in front of a conference audience. Motivation to help the Defence Forces has to show up as action here, not a slogan — including being reachable when a customer or a military stakeholder needs time outside standard hours. You are structured enough to manage a complex pipeline and persistent enough to progress long-cycle opportunities, credible with defence and government stakeholders, and curious enough to keep learning as the technology and the market evolve.

Flexible working hours. Paid vacation and sick leave. Direct access to founders and leadership.

Application Process

1. Apply with your CV and a brief cover letter explaining your interest and relevant experience
2. Intro call with Recruiter

Do you work with bare-metal C/C++ and embedded algorithms where every millisecond and byte of memory matters? A team developing interceptor drones has opened an office in central Vilnius and is looking for an Embedded Radar Engineer to work with radar algorithms, SoC, FPGA/DSP, and RTOS.

We build miniature radar seekers. You have to extract small, low-RCS drone tracks from heavy background clutter, EW interference, and motor noise. You have to run this math on severely constrained silicon. You are bound by strict compute, memory, and thermal limits. The processing loop must close in milliseconds. There is no cloud, no heavy GPU, and no room for inefficient code.

Main Responsibilities

You own the math and the metal. You design the radar algorithms (FMCW, CFAR, beamforming, MIMO virtual arrays) and the advanced tracking math (Kalman filters, multi-target tracking, clutter rejection). You implement this across the SoC architecture – managing the heavy lifting on FPGA and DSP accelerators and writing the bare-metal C or RTOS code for the microcontrollers. You manage the memory architecture, the DMA transfers straight from the ADCs, and the low-level peripheral drivers. You also own the data handoff, packaging clean point-clouds and track histories for our Edge ML classification models.

PROOF OF EXECUTION
Degrees do not matter here. We want to see the algorithms you have built AND physically deployed on embedded hardware. If you only simulate perfect radar returns in MATLAB and have never managed a memory buffer or a DMA transfer, do not apply. Show us how you squeezed complex tracking math into a constrained chip (FPGA, RFSoC, or MCU) without blowing up the latency. We expect you to take raw field data on a Tuesday, rewrite the algorithm, and flash a new firmware image to the seeker on a Thursday.

Mandatory Requirements

You must work in our Vilnius lab every day. We go from the bench to field testing in days, not months. The financial package includes a top-of-market base salary, founding equity, a relocation bonus, company housing, and a daily allowance. We cover all logistics and remove all friction so you can focus 100% on building hardware.

We offer

This role requires your daily physical presence in our Vilnius lab. We move from the test bench to live field validation in days, not months. We provide a top-of-market base salary, founding equity, a relocation bonus, company housing, and a daily allowance. We remove all financial and logistical friction so you can focus entirely on shipping hardware.

A European defense and aerospace company is hiring a Founding Hardware Engineer for its Vilnius office. We design miniature radar seekers. Everything has to fit on a single board: high-frequency RF, high-speed digital lines, and dense power regulation — while keeping digital noise out of the analog front-end. If it doesn’t, the radar goes blind. Thermal density, EMI, and tight mechanical constraints have to be solved together.

We are looking at candidates in Vilnius and elsewhere in Europe. Relocation is fully covered: move, housing, and official employment.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the physical board end-to-end, from schematic to bench bring-up.
• Select components against real stock and lead times — no waiting 10 weeks for a PMIC.
• Design the multi-layer stackup (6 layers) and calculate impedance.
• Route RF traces, high-speed digital lines, and the power delivery network.
• Define via stitching, RF cans, and the grounding scheme.
• Align board outlines and thermals directly with the mechanical engineer.
• Make minor revisions to the existing V1 board (schematic and purchased chips are already in place).
• Design the V2 radar boards from scratch. Form factor: a module of 3 round PCBs that fits inside the drone’s nose radome.
• Bring the board up in the lab when it returns from fabrication. Debug with a scope and a soldering iron.

Mandatory Requirements

• Independently designed 5+ boards, solo, end-to-end.
• Proficient in Altium or KiCad.
• Hands-on experience probing and soldering your own boards. Simulation-only or outsourced layout is not a fit.
• Background in one of: telecom / 5G, high-complexity IoT, electronic warfare, UAV avionics, or automotive radar.
• One full-cycle engineer who combines layout and RF. We will not hire a layout engineer and an RF engineer separately, and we will not consider an RF engineer without layout experience.
• Self-taught candidates are welcome if they can show strong, low-level signal integrity and PCB design.
• Be ready to walk through screenshots of your most complex past layouts in the interview.
• Work on-site daily in the Vilnius lab.

We offer

• Top-of-market base salary.
• Founding equity.
• Full relocation package (move, housing, official employment) for candidates relocating from other cities or countries.
• Daily allowance.
• Logistics handled so you can focus on the hardware.

You own the radar architecture from the waveform math to the physical antenna.

Main Responsibilities

You own the radar architecture from the waveform math to the physical antenna. You define the fast-chirp FMCW parameters and the detection strategy, including range-Doppler processing, CFAR, and angle estimation. You set and manage the system budgets for SNR, power, and thermals. You select the frequency band and design the physical antenna elements. You prototype integration approaches like substrate-integrated waveguide and launch-in-package. You design corporate-fed and series-fed networks, controlling amplitude and phase to hit specific beamforming and sidelobe targets. You design MIMO arrays, managing element spacing, channel isolation, and virtual-aperture formation. You build the digital twin of the sensor to track real-world phase noise, PA compression, quantization, and mutual coupling.

Mandatory Requirements

We do not look at your degrees. Show us the hardware you built and tested. If you have only built a single antenna in your career and simulated the rest of the system, do not apply. We want a track record of shipped physical artifacts. You must provide measured data from a VNA or anechoic chamber to prove your designs work in reality. Speed wins over perfection. You must parallelize your work streams. There is no time for sequential engineering. Show us how you move fast, solve phase-coherence problems in physical hardware, and correlate measured results against your EM simulations.

We offer

This role requires your daily physical presence in our Kyiv lab. We move from the test bench to live field validation in days, not months. We provide a top-of-market base salary, founding equity, a relocation bonus, company housing, and a daily allowance. We remove all financial and logistical friction so you can focus entirely on shipping hardware.

Our Client is a leading VC-backed defense technology company founded to bridge the decades-old gap between modern technology and critical national security requirements.

Today, we are building the necessary infrastructure to bring together sensors, autonomy, and operators with our technologies deployed in active operations around the world.

About this position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Legion Platform team. You will design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable server systems and integration tools that connect hardware and software systems across environments and levels of command.

As part of the Legion team, your expertise will be critical to solving complex system challenges and developing a robust platform that is deployed for real-world military missions.

This role requires continuous innovation and is a good fit for an engineer who thrives under pressure and demands that their work have an immediate, tangible impact on national security.

DARC helps European, US and allied defence companies enter the Ukrainian market: strategy, partner matching, battlefield testing, communications.

The role

You are the technical authority on our side of the table.

You join pre-sale calls with the founders. A manufacturer explains what they build, and you work out during the conversation whether it meets a real Ukrainian requirement, what is missing, and what the honest answer is.

Once a client signs, you own the technical half of their go-to-market. You validate the product against how the war is actually fought, you produce feedback their engineers can act on, and you define what has to change and in what order.

You run the technical conversations between the client's engineers and their Ukrainian counterparty. Both sides describe the same problem in different languages, and someone has to carry the meaning across without losing it.

This is not an engineering role. You will not design or build anything. You assess, you translate, and you coordinate.

What we are looking for

• A working understanding of how this war is fought
• Expertise in unmanned systems across domains. FPV, fixed wing, fibre-optic, ground, naval. What they are built from, what fails first, and what is replacing what
• One area of real technical depth. Electronics and RF, EW, propulsion, optics and sensors, autonomy and software, materials, energetics. We need one properly, plus the literacy to follow a conversation in the others
• Experience sitting in front of an external customer and giving them a technical answer they did not want to hear
• Fluent English. You will speak and write to CTOs and heads of engineering every day
• Native Ukrainian
• Ability to explain a complex system in writing, without jargon, to a commercial reader

Strong plus:

• Background in a Ukrainian manufacturer's R&D or integration team
• Military engineering, acceptance testing, codification, or admission of product for supply
• Pre-sale, solutions or field application engineering at a component or systems vendor

What you will do

• Join pre-sale calls as the technical voice alongside the founders
• Assess a client's product against the Ukrainian requirement and write the honest answer, including when the answer is no
• Define what has to change for the product to work here, and in what sequence
• Structure and run technical negotiations between client engineers and Ukrainian partners
• Build the technical sections of proposals
• Support integration and trials, and turn partner feedback into something a client's engineering team can act on
• Keep our own technical picture current. What is being used, what is failing, what is being replaced

What we offer

• Direct work with foreign manufacturers and tier-one players in Ukraine and abroad
• Visibility across dozens of foreign products and Ukrainian requirements at the same time, which is a view almost nobody has
• Travel to European defence exhibitions
• Competitive salary with a performance component tied to delivery on signed mandates
• Salary review every quarter
