Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior RF Systems Engineer to lead the development of next-generation situational awareness and electronic warfare (EW) platforms. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of RF subsystems, from initial research (TRL 1) to field-tested operational prototypes (TRL 7+). Your work will directly impact projects such as autonomous drone detection, FHSS signal classification, and distributed SIGINT mesh networks.

Key Responsibilities

RF Design & Integration

• Design and optimize RF front-ends for unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) and ground-based detection stations.

Overview

We are looking for a UAV Technician to join the flight team responsible for testing our flagship R&D product — a GPS-denied alternative navigation system. This role is focused on the technical side of UAV operations — assembly, configuration, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of multirotor / fixed-wing airframes and their supporting equipment.

You will keep the team’s fleet in top shape and make sure every flight starts from a known-good aircraft. Piloting skills are welcome and useful, but they are not a hard requirement — your value here is in the hardware.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and bring up multirotor UAVs (frames, motors, ESCs, FCs, sensors, RC/telemetry, power) and fixed-wings
• Perform pre-flight technical checks and prepare aircraft for field campaigns
• Maintain, service, and repair airframes and supporting equipment (batteries, ground stations, antennas, RC equipment)
• Configure and tune Ardupilot-based autopilots (parameters, failsafes, sensor calibration)
• Diagnose hardware and configuration issues; perform root-cause analysis on failures

Місія ролі: Взяти повну відповідальність за продуктову стратегію та execution по всьому портфоліо The Fourth Law — від модулів автономності на ЛБЗ до перехоплювачів, симуляції і систем керування флотом дронів. Твоє завдання — побудувати процеси, які перетворять технологічний потенціал команди на чіткі продуктові пріоритети, roadmap і реальні запуски.

Основні задачі
Продуктова стратегія: Формування та захист стратегії розвитку продуктового портфоліо перед стейкхолдерами; визначення пріоритетів і плану розвитку по кожному треку.
Roadmap-менеджмент: Управління високорівневим продуктовим roadmap по всіх продуктах — від модулів автономності до систем керування флотом; синхронізація між командами.
Взаємодія з замовниками: Побудова процесів комунікації з військовими підрозділами, кінцевими користувачами та лідерами думок у сфері оборони; збір інсайтів для розвитку продуктів.
Виявлення нових можливостей: Пошук незакритих потреб ринку та нових продуктових напрямків на основі аналізу поля і взаємодії з замовниками.
Управління командою: Менеджмент продуктових менеджерів, менторинг і розвиток команди; побудова продуктових процесів з нуля або їх вдосконалення.
GTM-співпраця: Участь у формуванні стратегій виходу на ринок спільно з відділами продажів і маркетингу; комунікація статусу продуктів усередині команди та з партнерами.

Досвід та навички, які ми шукаємо:

• 2+ роки досвіду у ролі Head of Product або аналогічній (розглядаємо кандидатів з меншим стажем у ролі, якщо це технологічно складні або AI-based продукти)
• Підтверджений досвід запуску продуктів — не просто розвиток, а саме shipping від PoC до production
• Досвід паралельного управління кількома продуктами в умовах невизначеності
• Вміння будувати продуктову стратегію та відстоювати її перед стейкхолдерами
• Системне мислення, здатність працювати в умовах багатьох контекстів і неповної інформації
• Сильна мотивація працювати в оборонному секторі — це не просто робота, а вибір

• Досвід у defense tech, aerospace або robotics
• Розуміння специфіки UAV / авіоніки
• Досвід роботи з computer vision або ML-продуктами
• Військовий досвід або досвід взаємодії з замовниками ЗСУ

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. This is primarily an infrastructure-focused engineering role with a strong specialization in security. You will build, harden, and operate the technical foundation that keeps our environment secure across endpoints, servers, network, and cloud.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain hardening and configuration baselines for endpoints and servers (encryption, security policies, benchmarks).
• Deploy and manage endpoint and server protection across the fleet, including security policy enforcement and compliance configuration.
• Administer network security controls (firewalls, VPN, network segmentation, access controls) and monitor traffic for suspicious activity.
• Review infrastructure projects and architecture from a security perspective to ensure secure-by-default configurations.
• Run regular vulnerability scans across endpoints, servers, and cloud, with risk-based prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Enforce identity and access best practices and run periodic access reviews.
• Monitor and analyze security events and logs to detect anomalies and potential threats.
• Detect, investigate, contain, and remediate security incidents, including documenting timelines, root causes, and lessons learned.
• Monitor cloud and SaaS security posture, remediate misconfigurations, and review third-party integrations and access scopes.
• Implement and document technical security controls (runbooks, hardening guides) and support internal and external audits.

What we need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity engineering with a clear security specialization.
• Hands-on experience administering and hardening Linux, Windows, and macOS systems.
• Experience with endpoint protection and device management platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and practical experience with firewalls and network security controls.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management/SSO platforms with a security-first approach.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and security monitoring and incident-response workflows.
• Understanding of common attack types and detection/prevention methods.
• Practical familiarity with recognized security frameworks and standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and prioritize pragmatically.
• Clear communicator able to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• English proficiency (documentation, vendors, and external partners).

Would be an advantage:

• Ability to automate security and infrastructure tasks with scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Working knowledge of cloud security controls.
• Security certifications.
• Experience in enterprise or critical-infrastructure environments.
