Що потрібно буде робити:

• Проводити аудит посилального профілю (сентимент-аналіз, пошук точок росту).
• Будувати та розвивати лінкпрофілі: беклінки, крауд, guest posting, робота з донорами, отримання посилань з .gov/.edu.
• PR linkbuilding: розміщуватись на авторитетних ресурсах, працювати з рейтингами (Clutch, Manifest), пресрелізи, інфоприводи, локальні та нішеві спільноти.
• Планувати та реалізовувати довгострокові стратегії лінкбілдингу.
• Взаємодіяти з вебмайстрами та контролювати якість розміщень.
• Займатись пошуком, прогрівом та веденням бази нових донорів.
• Проводити звітність та аналітику: моніторити ефективність та доступність посилань, створювати дашборди, регулярні звіти  (таблиці, Looker Studio).
• Аналізувати конкурентів та моніторити їхню активність.

2. Постановка завдань відділу копірайтингу на написання статей; перевірка готових матеріалів на відповідність ТЗ та умовам розміщення.
3. Перевірки на відповідність готових посилань.
4. Проведення оплат за розміщення посилань. Комунікація з бухгалтерією щодо належного оформлення рахунків та виконання запитів на оплату.
5. Ведення фінансової звітності по виконаній роботі.
6. Контроль за дотриманням виделінних бюджетів та дотримання погоджених умов співпраці з боку вебмайстрів.
7. Опціонально, пошук та поповнення бази новими майданчиками під регіони UA, USA, UK та по всьому світу.
8. Аналіз посилань на відповідність вимог. Обрання замін майданчикам, які не змогли виконати замовлення.
9. Аналіз результатів власної роботи як з технічної сторони, так і з якісної.

Основні обовʼязки

- Супровід onboarding міжнародних та європейських компаній у платіжні системи (PSP / EMI / банки)
- Підготовка та перевірка KYC / AML анкет для клієнтів та платіжних провайдерів
- Комунікація з compliance officers, реєстраторами, бухгалтерами та іншими контрагентами (щодо транзакцій, документів, структури компанії)
- Моніторинг корпоративних рахунків, дедлайнів та статусів заявок
- Підготовка та перевірка базових юридичних договорів (NDA, service agreements, agency agreements)
- Підтримка документообігу (статути, довіреності, банківські форми, апостилі)
- Використання AI-інструментів для роботи з документами та автоматизації задач

Вимоги
