- Own and continuously improve the R&D framework used to prioritize and evaluate new initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Games, Payments, Analytics, Commercial) to define clear success metrics for every test initiative.
- Design and execute data-driven testing playbooks: from GEO launches and traffic experiments to product feature validation.
- Ensure pre-launch readiness by coordinating test planning with pilot clients, including checks for payments infrastructure, game content availability, and UX friction.
- Identify bottlenecks or recurring issues across markets and package findings into actionable, scalable solutions.
- Analyze test outcomes with the Analytics team and present clear go/no-go recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee the handover of validated tests to the Account teams for scaling and ongoing performance management.
