What Youβll Be Driving:
1.Project Management:
β Managing BU-level projects or task pools, including planning, scoping, and execution;
β Coordinating tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies across teams and BUs;
β Facilitating requirement gathering, estimation, and change management processes;
β Ensuring project objectives align with BU and company goals.2. Client & Stakeholder Management:
β Maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders;
β Managing expectations, handling objections, and supporting effective partnerships across BUs and clients;

Your future responsibilities:
- Preparation of regular analytical and management reporting
- Control over commissions, regular payments in favor of MPS
- Formation of budgets and forecasts for retail business on MPS expenses
- Participation in the development of business indicators and reporting system
- Maintenance, construction of MPS financial models for profitability management
Your skills and experience:
- Higher education (economic, technical or mathematical)
- From 2 years of experience in preparing analytical and management reporting
- Knowledge of basic business analysis methods
- Understanding of card banking products and principles of bank operation in issuing and acquiring
- Experience in analyzing VISA, Mastercard reports (incl. invoices)
