About the Role:
At Coro, you’ll own email security research end-to-end: dissecting phishing and malicious email campaigns, pulling apart attacker tradecraft, and building detection logic that scales to protect thousands of customers daily. You’ll have sole responsibility for this domain, which means autonomy, accountability, and the ability to directly influence how Coro stops attackers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own email threat research and detection: analyze real-world phishing and malicious emails, identify attacker techniques, and translate findings into new or improved detection rules.
• Maintain and extend internal detection tools: debug and develop multi-file Python/Shell scripts used daily by researchers and engineers.
• Collaborate across teams: work with Engineering, Product, and Data to turn research insights into production-grade features and detection logic.
• SIEM/log analysis: Investigate incidents by reviewing logs from customer devices, understanding tool internals, and suggesting improvements to log collection and analysis.
• Stay ahead of attackers: monitor emerging threats and protocols (SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS), apply knowledge of OS internals (especially Windows), and feed new insights into the detection engine.

About the project
We run a fast-paced YouTube channel about AI, micro-SaaS, and startups. You’ll turn designed frames from Figma into punchy motion graphics and assemble full YouTube videos. Think clean UI animations, kinetic typography, slick transitions, and tight edits that keep retention high.

Responsibilities

• Convert Figma storyboards into animations in Adobe After Effects (shape layers, masks, track mattes, easing, expressions when needed).
• Assemble the final edit in Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve): sync VO, music, and SFX; add transitions, lower-thirds, animated callouts, charts/diagrams, captions.
• Light color correction/grading and audio cleanup (denoise, EQ, compression; loudness normalization for YouTube).

• 1+ year of experience as a Project/Product Manager in IT or digital products
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and release processes
• Understanding of Lightweight Agile / Hybrid Agile methodology and participation in sprints
• Experience using tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Google Docs
• Proficiency in using the latest AI tools and best practices to automate routine tasks - ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, ClickUp AI Agent and more.

Our team is looking for a developer to join us full-time on a remote basis. You will be responsible for backend implementation and integration with the external CRM system, as well as server administration and configuration. Beyond the technical scope, you will also take ownership of delivery — ensuring that project estimates are set, communicated clearly, and met in coordination with the team manager.

What You'll Do

• Establish clean communication with the business.
