• Доопрацювання нашої кастомної CRM (створення форм, звітів, прав доступу та інше)
• Доопрацювання інтеграції нашої CRM зі сторонніми CRM (Pipedrive та ін.) і підтримка їх роботи

• Обов’язково досвід роботи з PHP 7.2 (від 3 років) та Symfony2\Laravel від 2 років
• Володіння MySQL/MariaDB для управління та оптимізації баз даних
• Впевнені знання HTML/CSS/JS
• Досвід роботи з jQuery та SCSS
• Досвід в адаптивній верстці та оптимізації frontend
• Розуміння архітектури веб-застосунків та вміння працювати з великим кодом
• Досвід у роботі з шаблонами та версткою
• Робота з кешем (memcached)
• Вміння писати оптимізований код та запити до баз даних
• Досвід роботи з CRM\ CMS системами
• Розуміння як організовується робота із сторонніми сервісами через API

• Рівень англійської мови Intermediate+
• Навички оптимізації продуктивності веб-застосунків
• Досвід роботи або розуміння роботи систем VoIP, Twilio, Vicidial/Asterix та/або ін.

We are looking for a Marketing Product Manager — a strategic thinker at the intersection of technology and marketing, who will become the driving force of our B2C product.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features

• Define priorities and manage the product backlog for web and mobile teams

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, generate and validate growth hypotheses

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve user experience (onboarding, retention, conversion)

• Prepare clear technical requirements for development teams

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, analytics, and BizDev teams

• Work with MarTech tools and integrations (including Customer.io)

• Track and optimize key metrics: retention, LTV, CAC, ROI, CSAT, market share

• Collaborate with SEO/SEM/SMM specialists to improve traffic efficiency

• Run A/B tests and apply growth hacking approaches

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Marketing Product Manager (preferably in e-commerce or mobile products)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing

• Experience with mobile analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase)

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, GTM, and BI tools (Looker or similar)

• Basic knowledge of API, SQL, and SDLC

• Experience with CDP platforms (e.g., Segment)

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles

• Experience with task tracking tools (ClickUp or similar) and documentation tools (Confluence)

• Strong analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset

• English — Intermediate (B1) or higher.
