• A university degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in embedded and at least 1 year of experience in digital design using FPGA
• Hands-on experience with lab debug equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers
• Experience with verification methodologies, VHDL and Verilog; and RTL and gate level simulations (e.g. Mentor QuestaSim) and debug tools
• Hands-on with firmware debugging tools such as Keil uLink2 and IAR J-Link
• Knowledge of schematic entry CAD (Allegro, Altium, KiCad) would be a plus
• Fluency in English

As a DevOps, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our network of IoT devices and Linux server infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, provisioning, implementing automation, and safeguarding the security and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Linux system administration tasks, including server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and troubleshoot potential issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement security measures, configure firewalls, and manage user permissions to ensure robust system security.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or Python to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the development team to set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for software deployment and testing.
• Manage network configurations, interfaces, and routing to maintain seamless connectivity.
• Set up and maintain monitoring and log analysis tools for proactive system monitoring and issue detection.
• Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure if applicable, and maintain a cohesive hybrid environment if required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Linux and DevOps domain, incorporating relevant innovations into our infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 2 + years.
• User Management Service.
• RADIUS (LDAP).
• Proficient in Linux system administration, with hands-on experience in aarch64 architecture.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python for automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible
• Experience with networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), and firewall configurations.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus, and log management tools like ELK stack is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git version control is desirable.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing effective solutions.
• Strong security mindset with the ability to implement robust security measures.

What you will do:

• Produce engaging 2D animated ad creatives based on briefs from the creative team, designed to differentiate the product from competitors;
• Collaborate closely with creative marketers, actively contributing to idea generation, discussions, and brainstorming sessions;
• Enhance creatives using animation, visual and sound effects, subtitles, and a variety of AI tools to maximize emotional impact;
• Continuously iterate on video creatives using performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and hook rate to improve results;
• Research, test, and implement new tools and automation solutions to optimize production workflows and elevate creative quality.

What do you need to join us:

• 1–2 years of commercial experience creating 2D animated videos or handling video editing tasks;
• Strong hands-on proficiency in After Effects for motion design and animation work;
• Basic working knowledge of Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro;
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work, such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sora, NanoBanana, Freepik, or similar solutions;
• Solid understanding of animation and editing principles with the ability to combine visuals, motion, and sound into a competitive video product;
• English proficiency at B1+ level, sufficient for research and working with content;
• Strong time management skills with the ability to plan workload effectively and consistently meet deadlines;
• Readiness to take ownership, responsibility, and make a tangible impact on the product;

Завдання розділені на два ключові вектори:

• Compliance & Quality Control: Забезпечення того, щоб усі маркетингові активності (від кампаній до постів інфлюенсерів) на 100% відповідали існуючому брендбуку та плейбуку. Ви виступаєте гарантом якості контенту до моменту його виходу у світ.
• Growth & Development: Пошук нових можливостей для розширення присутності бренду через стратегічні партнерства, роботу з медіа та масштабні influencer-кампанії.

Необхідні навички:

• Досвід: 3–5 років у бренд-менеджменті або бренд-комунікаціях (досвід із системними міжнародними брендами буде перевагою).
• Комунікації: Практичні навички управління зовнішніми відносинами (агенції, медіа, лідери думок) та вміння домовлятися про вигідні умови співпраці.

Обов’язки:

• Управління брендом та командою: Керівництво 2-ма фахівцями; перевірка всіх зовнішніх матеріалів на відповідність стандартам бренду; актуалізація бренд-документації.
• Створення бренд-контенту: Розробка заголовків кампаній, теглайнів та текстів для продуктових платформ; контроль мовних ризиків та трейдмарк-скринінг.
• Стратегічний брифінг: Трансформація бренд-стратегії у чіткі творчі брифи для внутрішніх команд та підрядників; ведення календаря кампаній.
• Розвиток партнерств: Пошук та реалізація колаборацій із галузевими асоціаціями, медіабрендами та DIY-платформами.
• Influencer-маркетинг: Повний цикл роботи з блогерами у нішах Energy та Garden (відбір за якісними показниками, брифінг, контроль виконання та аналіз KPI).

• Знає JavaScript, HTML, CSS (буде перевагою)
