About the Company

We are an international fintech project preparing to launch a new digital service in the consumer lending sector in the South African market. The project brings together an international team and modern technological solutions, with a focus on creating a fast, convenient, and fully digital financial product.

We are currently building a local team and are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the launch and further development of the project’s marketing function in South Africa.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the launch and further development of the company.

Your project:

OnRise (part of AdConnect) is a high-growth marketing unit operating as an internal premium performance agency. Responsibilities

• Active Technical Leadership (60% Tech / 40% Lead): You will lead by example. You are expected to write high-quality, production-ready Python code while conducting rigorous, constructive code reviews to maintain elite standards.
