About the Role

At iForAI, we help companies put AI into real products. Our team builds and integrates AI systems: copilots, agent platforms, retrieval-backed assistants, and document and workflow automation, working side by side with customer teams.

We’re hiring a Lead Backend Engineer to help drive that work. This is a hands-on role. You’ll guide a small backend team of 2 to 4 engineers, own backend architecture across services, and build the systems that put LLMs and agents into production workflows.

AI is changing how engineering teams work. The leverage today isn’t in typing code; it’s in clear specification, good judgment, and careful verification. If you have a strong backend background and you’re curious about working with AI day to day, we’ll bring you up to speed to the agentic coding by using AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small backend team (2 to 4 engineers).
• Own backend architecture and AI integrations: prompt and context handling, retrieval, orchestration, tool/function calling, evaluation, and observability.
• Design and run reliable backend services that support real production workflows.

Required Skills & Experience (Must‑Have) 

• 3–5 years experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV with recent BC projects) 
• Strong AL development: extensions, events/subscribers, pages/codeunits, permissions, debugging 
• Solid ERP understanding, ideally including Finance fundamentals (GL/AP/AR, posting, dimensions, approvals) 
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing clear specs/user stories 
• Working knowledge of integrations (REST/OData APIs, data mapping, authentication concepts, error handling) 
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams, and explain trade-offs clearly

Що потрібно буде робити

• будувати affiliate-напрямок з нуля під pre-launch і launch;
• розробляти affiliate-стратегію по GEO, типах партнерів, моделях співпраці та KPI;
• підключати, запускати й розвивати affiliate-партнерів, webmasters, teams, media sources, influencers, SEO / PPC / FB / UAC-партнерів;
• працювати з моделями CPA / RevShare / Hybrid і шукати оптимальну unit-економіку;
• контролювати tracking, attribution, postbacks, affiliate links, subIDs, quality of data;
• оцінювати не тільки обсяг трафіку, а і його якість по FTD, retention, repeat deposit, ROI / payback;
• виявляти ризики по fraud, abuse, low-quality traffic, motivated users, scheme traffic;
• синхронізуватись із marketing, product, CRM, analytics, antifraud, finance і support;
• запускати партнерів із правильними offers, promo materials, landing pages, бонусною логікою і tracking setup;
• контролювати affiliate-виплати, розрахунки, звірки та прозорість взаєморозрахунків;
• будувати процеси partner onboarding, activation, reactivation, performance review, scaling rules;
