We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in our Lviv office and support the company’s financial operations.

This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with military record-keeping, management reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting internal processes, and improving financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain military records: onboarding and offboarding employees, reconciliation with territorial recruitment centers, and updating employee data
• Process payroll and prepare related reports
• Manage primary accounting documentation for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (FOPs)
• Handle accounting for the charitable foundation, including documentation, procurement, shipments, and reporting
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and support financial-related requests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Accountant
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Sheets, and SharePoint
• Experience with Power BI, BAS, or QuickBooks will be a plus
• Good knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• English — Intermediate.
   

Will be a plus:
 

• Knowledge of accounting software/SaaS: Microsoft Dynamics 365, 1C, Xero, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems.
• Involvement in reporting procedures at multinational companies, accounting for non-resident companies. Dealing with E-com/SaaS businesses.
• Availability of accounting/financial qualification such as DipIFR, ACCA, CAP / CIPA, CPA etc.(started or completed).

Role description

To ensure the stakeholders of the group of companies (Ukraine, USA) minimize financial risks and operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities

Assess and manage capital structure across jurisdictions and fundraising initiatives;

Manage projects of various types (financial, legal);

Form an accounting policy;

Form budget policy;

Ensure financial analysis and planning, reporting preparation;

Ensure management accounting;

Ensure the implementation of treasury operations;

Manage the development of the accounting/reporting system.

Requirements for candidates

IFRS reporting experience;

Experience in Big4 is preferable;
International tax planning experience;
Cost management skills (ABC costing, life cycle costing, target costing or other);
Performance management tools knowledge (BSC, KPI, OKR or other);
Investment management knowledge(NPV, PBP, ROI or other).

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant / Accounting Assistant to join our finance department. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth and accurate financial operations by supporting day-to-day accounting tasks, payments, and reconciliations.

What you’ll be working on:

• Process and reconcile daily bank transactions;
• Classify and allocate transactions accurately in the accounting system;
• Review and verify expense reimbursement requests and supporting documents;
• Support monthly payroll preparation;
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes;
• Create and manage finance-related tasks in Jira to track workflows and progress;
• Communicate with employees and contractors regarding invoices and payments;
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records in the ERP system.
