We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic project execution, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring operational excellence across the team.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in project management: planning, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of Scrum: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management
• Confident use of ClickUp for task tracking, workflow organization, and team collaboration
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and keep multiple projects on track
• Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding
• Experience in operations: improving internal workflows, processes, and team efficiency
• Skilled in setting and tracking KPIs to evaluate performance and progress
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in solving complex issues
• Self-disciplined, honest, proactive, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
