We are Proxy-Seller, a European product IT company offering proxy services for automation, parsing, marketing, and cybersecurity.
 

We’re now expanding our SEO team and looking for an experienced Outreach specialist who can strengthen our backlink profile, scale outreach efforts, and support our organic growth across Tier1.
 

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Searching for and selecting donor websites based on predefined SEO criteria
• Communicating with webmasters to negotiate placements
• Preparing, adapting, and submitting content for link placements.

• Maintaining reports & monitoring indexing of placed backlinks.

   

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on link-building and outreach experience (in product companies) in Tier-1.
• English at B1+ level.
• Practical understanding of acquiring backlinks through guest posts, forums, Q&A sites, and other outreach channels.
• Confidence using Ahrefs, Semrush, Hunter.io, or similar tools.

It would be a plus:

• Existing donor database for the USA (guest blogs, outreach contacts, niche resources)

Ми очікуємо, що ти:

• Маєш 6+ місяців досвіду в customer support (досвід з Intercom/Zendesk буде плюсом);
• Маєш англійську на рівні А2-В1, адже ми працюємо з клієнтами з усього світу;
• Маєш бажання та здатність швидко навчатися технічній інформації;
• Орієнтований на результат та вмієш ефективно вирішувати складні кейси клієнтів;
• Маєш AI-first mindset — нам подобаються ініціативи команди! Якщо ти знаєш кращі інструменти чи підходи, ми готові тестувати й впроваджувати їх разом;
• Вмієш ефективно працювати з приблизно 5−7 відкритими чатами одночасно;

• Маєш розвинені навички командної взаємодії.

   

Технічні вимоги:

• ПК/ноутбук з безперебійним живленням на 6−8 годин + стабільний інтернет; (обов’язково);
• RAM від 16 GB і більше; (обов’язково);
• Операційна система Windows 10 або 11 або MacOS від M2 Air;

• Гарнітура для комунікації з командою

   

Твої майбутні задачі:

• Консультувати клієнтів щодо продажів і технічних питань через онлайн-чат (Intercom);

• Взаємодіяти з іншими відділами компанії для вирішення питань клієнтів.

As our presence across external platforms grows, so does the volume of operational tasks across content, SEO, and PR. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Content Manager / PR Assistant who can help us keep content operations organized, accurate, and on time.
 

This is a part-time, with a hourly or fixed rate compensation model, as long as deadlines are met and the work is done accurately.
 

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Making targeted website updates based on team requests: adding blocks, inserting links, updating text;
• Updating meta tags, fixing links, hiding posts;
• Publishing new content in the blog and on service pages across multiple language versions;
• Implementing keywords into existing pages based on a brief;
• Regularly checking legal documents against the website version and updating them when needed;
• Publishing social media posts based on prepared materials;
• Managing subreddits, warming up Reddit and Quora accounts;
• Writing reviews on different platforms.
   

What we’re looking for:

• English at B1+ level;
• Experience with any CMS;
• Basic understanding of HTML and being comfortable making small text/content edits;
• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with text;
• AI-first mindset — we love team initiatives! If you know better tools or approaches, we’ll test and implement them together.
   

It would be a plus:

• Experience with content publishing, SEO support, or PR-related tasks;
• Familiarity with Reddit, Quora, or similar platforms;
• Experience in product, SaaS.
