We are Proxy-Seller, a European product IT company offering proxy services for automation, parsing, marketing, and cybersecurity.

We’re now expanding our SEO team and looking for an experienced Linkbuilder TeamLead who can strengthen our backlink profile, scale outreach efforts, and support our organic growth across Tier1.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Searching for and selecting donor websites based on predefined SEO criteria
• Communicating with webmasters to negotiate placements
• Preparing, adapting, and submitting content for link placements.
• Maintaining reports & monitoring indexing of placed backlinks.

• Managing team of 3 linkbuilders (help them reach KPI targets) 

   

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on link-building and outreach experience (in product companies).
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Ability to decompose department strategy into individual tasks for specific link builders.
• Ability to present and argue results to stakeholders (Head of SEO, Product Owner).
• Proven success working with international markets, especially the US and EU.
• English at B1+ level for handling communication during outreach.
• Practical understanding of acquiring backlinks through guest posts, forums, Q&A sites, and other outreach channels.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating donor sites and checking domain authority, relevance, and quality.
• Solid understanding of core SEO principles and best practices.
• Confidence using Ahrefs, Semrush, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
• Experience working with email marketing and outreach automation tools.
• Excellent self-organization and the ability to manage several tasks and campaigns simultaneously.

• Task delegation and KPI monitoring (link volume plans, budget adherence, quality standards).

Proxy-Seller is a proxy infrastructure company serving hundreds of thousands of users globally. We're building out our B2B Enterprise motion while maintaining a strong self-serve business.

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email marketing and CRM automation. You'll build the function from scratch: strategy, tech stack selection, and execution across the full customer journey.

The Role

• Primary focus: B2B lifecycle (60-70%) — Enterprise nurturing, trial-to-paid conversion, expansion
• Secondary: B2C/self-serve (30-40%) — onboarding, retention, win-back at scale
• Database: hundreds of thousands of contacts across segments
• Starting point: building from scratch — you'll select tools, design architecture, implement
• Reports to: CMO

Requirements

• 4+ years in email/CRM/lifecycle marketing with B2B experience
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows, lead scoring, and behavioral triggers from scratch
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reputation management)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar)
• Strong segmentation skills: RFM, behavioral, lifecycle-based
• Data-driven: A/B testing, cohort analysis, attribution
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (written communication, content creation)
• Comfortable with AI tools for content, analysis, workflow optimization

Nice to Have

• Experience in proxy/data infrastructure/API/cybersecurity space
• ABM campaign experience
• Copywriting skills — ability to write emails without relying on copywriters
• Experience integrating marketing automation with CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot CRM)

Responsibilities

• Build lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap for B2B and B2C segments
• Select, implement, and manage marketing automation platform
• Design and execute automated sequences: nurturing, onboarding, retention, reactivation, win-back
• Build lead scoring model and behavioral triggers for personalization
• Segment database by ICP, product usage, lifecycle stage, engagement
• Coordinate with Sales/SDR on MQL criteria, handoff process, lead nurturing
• Own deliverability: domain reputation, list hygiene, compliance
• Track and optimize: open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution

Ключові задачі

• Ведення управлінського обліку в QuickBooks
• Обробка та звірка банківських і криптовалютних транзакцій
• Обробка рахунків від постачальників у QuickBooks
• Розрахунок виплат для підрядників (ФОП / sole proprietors) і фізичних осіб
• Взаємодія з банками, платіжними провайдерами та криптосервісами
• Ведення обліку для юридичних осіб у кількох юрисдикціях
• Збір, систематизація та передача первинної документації зовнішнім бухгалтерам
• Підготовка та підтримка звітності в QuickBooks
• Підтримка базових процесів фінансової та бухгалтерської звітності

Наш ідеальний кандидат

• Має комерційний досвід роботи від 3 років
• Працював із QuickBooks
• Розуміє базові принципи бухгалтерського обліку (дебет/кредит, класифікація транзакцій)
• Орієнтується в управлінському обліку та фінансовій звітності
• Має практичний досвід роботи з банківськими та криптовалютними операціями
• Має досвід нарахування виплат підрядникам і фізичним особам
• Працював із кількома юридичними особами та юрисдикціями
• Впевнено користується Google Sheets
• Володіє англійською на рівні intermediate (для роботи з софтом і комунікації з аутсорс-бухгалтерами)
• Уважний до деталей і має системний підхід до роботи з даними

• Досвід роботи з міжнародними компаніями
• Розуміння різних податкових режимів у кількох юрисдикціях
• Досвід роботи у швидкозростаючих або tech-компаніях
• Освіта у фінансовій сфері
