    The Role
    This is a part-time role (20 hours per week). We're hiring a strategic, hands-on SEO expert to lead and execute all things SEO.  You’ll be our in-house specialist, focused on growing traffic, visibility, and leads. The niche is heating up. We're aiming to lead it, especially on the B2B side.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Take full ownership of our SEO strategy and execution
    • Align SEO with business goals, lead generation, and revenue
    • Find and target high-value keywords that match user intent
    • Optimize on-page elements like metadata, site speed, structure, schema, and internal links
    • Audit and improve existing content to boost rankings and clicks
    • Build a strong backlink profile and manage off-page SEO
    • Monitor performance, run experiments, and adjust based on data
    • Stay current on AI-driven search, zero-click results, and algorithm changes
    • Partner with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is baked into everything we do
    • Focus on what matters — quality traffic and measurable growth

     

    Who You Are

    • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with clear results
    • Strong knowledge of technical, content, and off-page SEO
    • Up to date on search trends, especially AI and zero-click results
    • Self-motivated and proactive — you’ll have room to lead
    • Skilled with tools like GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Semrush, Ahrefs, Clarity, and Screaming Frog
    • Bonus if you know HTML, CSS, or JavaScript basics
    • Comfortable proving how SEO drives pipeline and revenue
    • Experience with or understanding of the US market is a strong advantage

The Mobile Notary Coordinator will support client communications, manage scheduling, assist notaries with onboarding, and help expand our services to new cities.

    • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them schedule appointments smoothly and addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
    • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage notary appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
