We are building a game provider aggregator platform from scratch and looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to own the product strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of the platform. You will be a key bridge between the engineering team, business stakeholders, and provider partners, ensuring the aggregator delivers clear commercial value to operators.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the aggregator (from provider widgets and API integrations to marketplace capabilities and analytics).
• Analyze the iGaming aggregator market, competitors, and operator needs (B2B clients).
• Gather requirements, prioritize features, and document clear PRDs, user stories, and UX tasks.
• Work closely with CTO, engineers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery and high‑quality releases.
• Define and monitor product metrics: integration conversion, SLA performance, number of active providers/operators, etc.
• Oversee the integration process with game providers and operators, including technical specs, SLAs, and documentation.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes (sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and ensure product‑team alignment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Lead.
• Strong background in iGaming or in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or service aggregators.
• Practical experience with aggregation of services/content (game providers, media, SaaS, delivery platforms, etc.).
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical workflows; able to talk both “business” and “engineering.”
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira/Trello, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, or custom dashboards).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with technical and business partners.
• English at B2/C1 level or higher for international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with iGaming aggregators, RGS, casino fronts, or betting platforms.
• Basic understanding of iGaming regulations (KYC, AML, licensing by region).
• Background in startups or fast‑growing companies.

• Roadmap, цілі, пріоритети

Команда:

• Щоденна робота з dev (BE/FE), QA, design, content
• Задачі в Jira, контроль, синхрон

Вимоги:

*Досвід роботи в якості Email-маркетолога не менше 1 року у сфері iGaming

*Англійська мова не нижче Intermediate

*Досвід написання контенту (копірайт для листів), налаштування промо кампаній та тригерних ланцюжків в імейл сервісах Customer io / Sendgrid / Інші альтернативи;

*Розуміння HTML/CSS для e-mail верстки (базовий рівень)

*Знання основних показників ефективності CRM-комунікацій (Email/SMS/Push)

*Досвід роботи з customer io, sendgrid

Ваші завдання:

*Створення, підтримка та оптимізація існуючих електронних листів (HTML/CSS верстка), SMS і Push-повідомлень

*Створення контенту (копірайту) для всіх каналів комунікації

*Генерація та тестування гіпотез і підходів для загальної оптимізації CRM-комунікацій

*Робота з клієнтською базою: сегментація та аналіз

*Створення, розробка та оптимізація комунікаційних послідовностей (Email/SMS/Push), а також тригерних і промо-розсилок

*Проведення A/B-тестів

*Автоматизація промо кампаній в CRM системі 

*Взаємодія з командою дизайнерів, PM, CRM менеджерів та інших відділів

Вимоги:

- Вища юридична освіта (закінчена)

- Знання основ юриспруденції

- Знання англійської мови не нижче (Intermediate) – усний, письмовий, розмовний

- Комп'ютерна грамотність (володіння комп'ютерними програмами Office, такими як Word, Exel, вміння працювати з офісною технікою (принтером та сканнером) та пошуковими системами (Google)

- Здатність швидко навчатися та запам'ятовувати, а також шукати інформацію

Обов'язки:

- Складання листів та найпростіших юридичних документів англійською мовою

- Пошук інформації (законодавства) із заданого питання

- Вичитування договорів та інших юридичних документів англійською та узгодження правок

- Комунікація з відділами всередині компанії та із зовнішніми партнерами (листи, консультації)

- Проходження процедури Due diligence з компаніями – партнерами

About the Role

We are building a game provider aggregator platform from scratch and looking for an Engineering Lead to design the architecture, drive technical execution, and build the engineering team from the ground up. You will be responsible for scalable, high‑load systems that integrate dozens (and later hundreds) of game providers while ensuring reliability, security, and performance for international operators.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and engineering roadmap of the aggregator platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high‑load backend systems (millions of API calls, low latency, fail‑safe flows).
• Build, hire, and mentor the engineering team (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps).
• Own system reliability, security, observability, and incident management.
• Design and supervise the integration framework with game providers and operators (REST/GraphQL, WebSocket, iFrame, etc.).
• Introduce and maintain engineering practices: code quality, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Compliance to align technology with commercial goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js).
• Strong background in iGaming, casino or sports‑betting platforms, ideally with experience in game aggregators, RGS, or casino‑front systems.
• Hands‑on experience building high‑load, scalable backend systems (distributed services, rate limiting, caching, queues).
• Proven ability to build and manage engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, microservices, and platform architecture.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, and observability tools.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a remote, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with game aggregation platforms or multi‑provider casino infrastructures.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, affiliate systems, or CRM/analytics stacks used in iGaming.

• Background in startups or fast‑growing companies from early stages.
